Thanks for the reply dude. But based on lets say "european standards" im still below average weight considering my height. im at 183 cm and weigh roughly about 76-75 kilo which means I have to put on around 8-7 kilo. only then I will start cutting. until then, any advice for bulking?

Yo Im glad for you my dude keep it up proud of you. One question tho : what REALLY worked for you in the gym ? and what did you eat ? I have been religiously going to the gym since two years and I have gained a decent 16 Kilo (mostly muscle but also a bit of fat) ever since I have started. Should I keep on doing what Im doing or do you advise something else. ? Thanks in advance

As much as I appreciate your intiative I have to say that it makes no sense to even try to stop the decline. And from a machiavellian perspective not even smart. Cultures and societies decline and even vanish. From them emerge different societies and cultures and thats okay. Till then just enjoy the stupidity of women and the beta-ness of men. a little bit off topic with all due respect. I am totally aware of the fact that I have the ability to make them my little sluts as long as I stayed focused on what I am doing.
