Remember that feeling. Not gonna sound cringe but there's two wolves inside of us. One is that desire to transcend and do better. The other is one that clings to his old behavior and in your context seeking external unhealthy validation. Now. Which wolf are you going to feed?Good luck!

Not gonna lie this is a hilarious post. Sounds like someone who did shroom hours ago and had an epiphany about his cringe past and decide to impulsively confess and do better. 😆 Still, you have a right intention. Better to realize and grow than keep stuck on the past and not change.

People who subscribe to the idea of blackpill are mostly result of black-and-white thinking People fail to see nuance. Sure, being good looking give you an advantage in dating. Sure, if you're ugly, short and immigrant (different cultural backgrounds will have hard time connecting who knew??) you have disadvantages. But I have seen ugly guys in relationships, I seen short guys being the most charismatic people in social settings. I had seen good looking people who completely flop when it comes t…

The young me would look up to them The now me as 30 year old guy, just filled with cringe. And sadness. Sad because guys flock to this sort of people Self-improvement is great, go to the gym, dress well etc. But those advice will never solve the deep rooted issue that is inside you. Their advice are shallow and never talk about deeper aspect of soul nourishing advice. No self reflect, no emphasis on spiritual growth. No I'm not talking about religion, I'm talking about self observing yourself wh…

My personal theory was that they purposely steer the wheel and crash their youtube career since it is dwindling so they can make a sob story out of it while creating a new narrative. Going out with a bang, and the hardcore loser fan will stick around.

Self-awareness precedes good treatment. Half the battle is being aware, the next step of your journey will take you to self-healing. It can be identifying the shame, it can be understanding where the emotions are coming from, it can be making more friends...Good luck OP rooting for you.

If we are talking about value in terms of sexual attractiveness, I saw my fair share of women in their 30s and 40s who are hotter than their 20s. Is about taking care of your physical health, gym and grooming, and ultimately, how you hold yourself. It is true, older women know what they like. Some of my best sexual encounters to this day, are as a 29-year-old male. Was with an older woman near their 30s when I was younger. The way they talk and hold themselves drives me crazy. Confidence is inde…

My question is, where are this calling out when redpill was at their peak? Even Jordan Peterson, didn't call out tate when he is at his peak.

If you were to go back in time and tell your previous self. When he was feeling that hurt , what would you tell him?

Which is why love breaking bad so much. They don't outright point Walter white was bad. Most first time viewer would root for W.W because he is the main character , you see his struggle and motivation. But on second watch through, most people (hopefully) would come to see he is an ego maniac with no one to blame for his downfall but himself.

It was there from the start. True empathy comes from understanding bashing women isn't the way. Hurt people hurt people. While he has good intentions in helping man, he was blinded by his rage towards women and generalising women as monolith creatures. His message is a double edge sword same as all other red pill grifters. He never healed from his past divorce. So all these traits coming out isn't a surprise

I can't help but to think cynically that he is just a grifter. He sees that redpill ship is sinking so he abandon all ideology and association with it. Redpill was already toxic long ago but he never call out the toxicity behind it. Back when andrew tate was riding high in manosphere he even defended him. So no, he didn't come to his sense suddenly. It just redpill has reach it peak and declining fast. Same goes with all other so call self help people like Hamza. They can all take their opinion …

I don't advice watching Chris Williamson content , his a smart intelligent guy but often time touch some spectrum of redpill ideology. He interviewed Jordan Peterson, Carl Benjamin who are alt right. Even some manosphere figure like Hamza. Questionable content overall, which is a shame cause I think he has a lot of offer. Just my two cent

" 2. If you have no dating prospect maybe you're the reason " Wrong on so many levels , I get that there are people out there should probably fix themselves first before thinking about relationship. But there are plenty of guys out there who have stable job, responsible adult with all the trait that make him a good candidate. But just lack of social skill or ways to convey their value to woman that had them missing out on potential romantic partner. Don't project your problem to the rest of the …

Unfortunately this isn't true at all, you're attempting to generalise all woman around age 20-25 aren't interested in older man. That's a foolish ignorant from your part. There's gonna be a portion of woman who find dating older man repulsive no matter the circumstances . And there's gonna be another portion of woman who find attractive older man... Well... Attractive. Where do you think the terminology daddy become so widespread?

I have an aesthetic looking body, not bragging but it is what it is. Initially I went to the gym for woman, to look good and get a partner. Nothing wrong in that. If that motivates you so be it. But eventually as you get older, I'm 28 years old, I mainly do it now to feel confident in myself. Look good feel good. It's more sustainable. As in your motivation to go the gym isn't based on external validation but internal. My point is, if you think working out for sake of external validation is what…

In my year of experience, ridiculing almost never changes minds. Flat Earther is a classic example, ever after years of online debate there are still many of them around 😂 People who are challenged and ridiculed often entrench them deeper into their beliefs and makes them want to be around people who share their belief.
