Why are you getting so little time? Is this supervised visitation? And was it one email that caused the visit to be canceled, or one email the reason you only get an hour with your kids? I ask the questions because when I got my divorce I had supervised visitation with my kids. Ex wanted me to do a set up plan, I didn’t wish I would have just listened. Judge gave me supervised visitation only. I didn’t have the money to fight it, so I did all the things my ex wanted me to do in the step up plan,…

Still am. There for a little I thought we would get back together. What a joke. She left me 7 or so years ago and I still miss her next to me.

Unfortunately we both work in the same position for the same company (post office so we don’t actually work together thank god) so she exactly what I make. Down to the mile.

She was an amazing woman, when properly medicated which towards the end she was no longer taking her meds because we couldn’t afford them.

How many kids? Yeah part of the reason we divorced was I just couldn’t with her any longer.

Disabled child. I was told that was pretty standard.

I have them every other weekend but I don’t miss visits. I try to go to their extra stuff but work, and life happens. Ex pays insurance because my work doesn’t offer affordable plans. We split the co pays. I paid half of school clothes, bought them better bed for my house. I don’t think ex is hurting for money, so I don’t understand this drive to take me back to court.

I have 3 kids if that matters. One will graduate this year, another next year but in the decree I pay for my youngest until I die.

It does say to report changes I just assumed they would figure out I made more. Plus I wasn’t going to rock the boat, ex is very high conflict.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
