The European single market and the EU are two distinct entities, it is possible to be in one but not the other. Were the UK to leave it would not be hard for it to still have access to the single market considering London is one of if not the biggest financial center in the world. A side of me kind of wants the UK to leave the EU, because I'm curious at what speed a Western economy can utterly collapse these days. However, the economical benefits of being a member are so massive the second the UK leaves they're gone. Feminist theory (which she subscribes to) is deeply rooted in ontological holism. (from an anthropolgical perspective) According to this holistic framework Reddit is in a way a sentient being- it is not a mere collection of individuals, it is something more and separate from those individuals- e.g. controlling its own culture. Look- the relationship with my parents is based on open dialogue, same for all my friends, I select people based on that possibility. As far as I know we have not puzzled together the inner workings of the brain and the full effect of specific genes on it. There are however studies like a cross-cultural study done a few years ago which showed the same tendency of women to going into one field and men to go into the other (relatively of course) across all cultures. I have a few hypotheses as to the origin of my preference. I do have a slight tendency to control, and daughters seem easier to control- then again, sons seem to be far easier to raise and explore the world for themselves. Instead of Computer Science I believe there are 2 Universities who offer a bachelor of Game Design.
