Once you've done that, there will be a court date at which time you can explain to the judge the reality of your situation. It sounds like she is unsafe for you and your child to be around. 1	Could it be a biological instinct that men are not defended like women are? It seems men and women have been going through "equalization" as we evolve. Looking back, we've went from "dragging the female by her hair to the cave" to the woman pursuing her mate by asking him out on a date. The fact that elderly people are left to die a painful death on a daily basis should be motivation enough for us to do whatever it takes to ensure it doesn't happen to our families.
