| 2 | This may seem weird but,has anyone ever considered using contracts or video taping a chick before sex to prove consent.There was a guy who used to do that, for personal safety. But that doesn't change the fact that people can be forced to give consent, or that they might change their mind after. I don't see how you could use this. I think if you make sure you're sober, and you're both happy it should be fine and in most cases it is.
