Yes, but that is only an illusion of choice since God already knows the future and there is "God's plan". How is it our choice if God already planned for something to happen? Also at least us mexican catholics, when we say something we add if God wants at the end for example, I could say "I'm gonna buy a house and get a good job, if God wants." When we say that we accept that we have no free will, but it is disguised as faith, and trust.

This is different tho, we are talking about an all powerful being who created the universe, and can make anyone do whatever he wanted. If he wanted to he could just make everyone good, considerate, peaceful etc.
