| 3 | Visitationi agree with you on how dysfunctional the family court is (read my post). My legal bills is killing me because the court can't stop the obvious and my STBX is litigating everything motion over motion. I really think that this issue is worth looking into for investigative journalism type exposure. | /r/Divorce_Men | 21/05/23 12:58 PM |
| 2 | Exposing the broken systemin some state, even though you share 50/50 with your STBX, the higher earning spouse will have to pay alimony due to the income differences and this is regardless of gender. What's your point? | /r/Divorce_Men | 21/05/23 12:35 PM |
| 1 | Family court horror storiesThe court is bias against breadwinner. I got shaft bad for making twice than my STBX who is not a SAH parent. I can't switch career to be a teacher for example so I can spend more time with my kid bc they will impute my income. I have no choice really. Meanwhile STBX can enjoy earning less and getting subsidy from me. I wonder if the law can ever be changed. | /r/Divorce_Men | 28/04/22 03:40 PM |
