On Body PostureYou sound exactly like me. More often than not I've definitely had to stop and just ask myself "...why?". Half the reason I bite them is because I want everything to look proper... And I never carry a nail file/clippers with me in order to properly take care of them. | /r/TheRedPill | 02/02/15 04:23 PM
On Body PostureHonestly haven't noticed much difference so far. I think it may have helped me cut down, but I definitely still catch myself absent-mindedly biting. | /r/TheRedPill | 02/02/15 02:12 PM
Should small weak guys even bother trying? You'd still be surprised how far lifting can up your overall aesthetics. It might be pure coincidence, but I've definitely noticed a huge improvement in my facial aesthetics since I started. It's helped really even out my baby-face nightmare. | 1 | On Body PostureFYI, just had my shipment arrive today. Probably delayed due to Christmas shopping. I'll give an update in another few weeks if I do/don't see a difference. | /r/TheRedPill | 08/01/15 02:34 AM
Tom Leykis on Women wanting benefits but not responsibility.I lived there for a year; it literally sucks the life out of you. There's been very few circumstances were I've pulled such a hard 180 in disappointment. | /r/TheRedPill | 18/12/14 01:49 PM
On Body PostureCheers mate, bought some to test it out. | /r/TheRedPill | 15/12/14 08:55 PM
On Body PostureAny tips for kicking the habit? I've managed to conquer almost everything but nail biting. Somehow it's become the most difficult thing I've had to overcome so far. | /r/TheRedPill | 15/12/14 08:30 PM
