Men would never hear the end of it is because women actually speak out about their rights. All women would get together to boycott that place. Men, on the other hand, don’t speak out about their rights…so, people tend to continue ignoring their rights.

Men are more likely to be aggressive than women…most murderers in the world are men…most rapists in the world are men.

We live in a capitalistic society…if it was profitable to create a men’s only gym, someone would’ve done it. I think they don’t exist because the demand just isn’t there.

I think the problem is American culture. When I went to Pakistan, I noticed how close the men were with each other. It was very common to see them holding hands, hugging, sitting close, laughing together. It was such a strange concept to me…in America this type of behavior would have been considered “unmasculine” or people would think that they are in a romantic relationship. But these men were just good friends. Also, socialization was a cultural priority- neighbors would visit each other every…

I found this study: https://bjs.ojp.gov/content/pub/pdf/wo.pdf I’ve pasted some findings below: ̆ Based on the self-reports of victims of violence, women account for about 14% of violent offenders & an annual average of about 2.1 million violent female offenders. ̆ Male offending equals about 1 violent offender for every 9 males age 10 or older, a per capita rate 6 times that of women. ̆ Three out of four violent female offenders committed simple assault. ̆ An estimated 28% of violent female off…

I’m not sure if our stats on obesity are accurate. They are based on BMI and BMI doesn’t take body fat percentage into account. My personal trainer’s BMI is about 30, which is considered obese but he is very much is shape. Not obese at all. It really does matter where your weight is coming from…fat or muscle. Both fat and muscle lay in your body differently. I see fit people everywhere I go. The gyms are packed…sidewalks are full of people running, biking, power walking…yoga and Pilates studios …

Despot going through pregnancy, child birth, and child rearing….women are still the primary breadwinners in 40% of households with children. If you don’t see kids as a value add in your family, then don’t have kids. But after you have kids, someone needs to take care of them. And that’s going to require somewhat of a career sacrifice. Also, pregnancy, labor, and postpartum really take a toll on a person’s health…it’s like a continual sickness. This is a sacrifice the women is willing to give for…

Most people don’t go to work because they like working. They go to work because of the paycheck. Most people don’t wake up on Monday morning excited to go to work…most people dread Mondays. The reason people work is for money…they aren’t volunteering their time. What your sister said is true for most people. Most people would rather spend time with their families and loved ones…that’s why most people love weekends. The unfortunate reality is that most people can’t do that every day of the week. …

This part was interesting to me….women take up most family responsibilities…contributing to more burn out. See this: At the same time, there’s evidence that household responsibilities are a greater burden for women physicians than men. Studies show that despite the increasing number of women entering the medical workforce, women still take on an average of 8.5 hours more work at home each week than men. Married men with children worked 7 hours longer and spent 12 hours less per week on parenting…

What percent of male doctors quit or work part time? I’ve seen many men do it too…it’s because med school burns them out and they need a break.

I agree…the rich are becoming richer and the poor are becoming poorer. Wealth has been flowing from the poor to the rich ever since Nixon’s time. His policy to not tax inheritable income led to this unequal distribution. If we started taxing inheritable income (like we used to), it will really help bridge this gap and provide more resources to the poor. But in our current reality, women staying home to take care of their kids isn’t possible for most people. Women aren’t even given paid maternity…

The average won’t be able to afford this. It’s very very very hard to afford this lifestyle for the average man.

That isn’t true…most abusive dicks are pretty charming to society. They appear really caring and kind hearted. Only their significant others or kids know how abusive they really are. It usually comes as a shock when the abused kids or spouse come out to public. People in public are shocked to find out that this person could be abusive. Please read about narcissistic tendencies or people who have had narcissistic spouses or parents. Also, most women I know were pressured into marrying these guys …

Women don’t actively go out of their way to marry abusive dicks. Most of these dicks are narcissists and do a great job of holding back their narcissistic tendencies until they are married. Abuse then increases over some time. Please look into domestic abuse stats and learn more about how it happens…especially narcissistic abuse. So, the best thing women can do to protect themselves is to make sure they are financially independent before getting into a relationship. That way, even if the guy tur…

I’m not arguing whether or not she can. She definitely can and many do all over the world. I’m saying that women should be discouraged from getting married until they are financially stable. Even though there are some government programs, it isn’t enough. I’ve seen so many women suffer from it. If I had daughter, my advice for her would be to wait until she’s had a couple of years of work experience after graduating from college. If she graduates at 22…and works for 5 years, she would be 27. Tha…

If they end up with an abusive prick, then professional advancement becomes really hard. It gets really hard to study, have a job, etc. I’ve seen it happen to some friends. And then it’s hard for them to get out of that marriage too. They can’t afford any lawyers and don’t have the financial ability to support themselves. The best protection a women can have before entering a marriage is to be financially independent. Then, if things go south, she can leave. Otherwise, she’ll be stuck in an abus…

If women get married young, the chances of them ending up as homeless victims increases significantly. The best thing for women is to wait until they have achieved financial independence (I.e. they can provide for themselves and their kids) and then get married. If they don’t do this, it gets hard to get out of a domestic abuse type of a relationship. It’s easy for anyone to be taken advantage of when they aren’t financially independent. So, women should wait until they are older….and that is wh…

I don’t think so…most are biological fathers who are just lazy and irresponsible…or suffering from mental health issues and refusing to get treatment.

Women aren’t on earth just to be eye candy for men. Women are human beings and have their own self interest as well. Women getting married early puts them in a very vulnerable position down the road…especially since they are financially weak at that age. However, if there was a financial system that could off set that, I think we could have the best of both worlds….May be a world where if a girl does get married early, she gets $100,000 per year guaranteed to her for the rest of her life from th…

True…the bar is low but the weed out rate is even higher. More than 50% of people who attend college aren’t able to complete it. They flunk their classes because they can’t manage their time and spend too much time partying. The ones who at least completed college are generally more intelligent/capable than those who weren’t able to complete it.

I see your point but I would argue that there are exceptions on both sides. You’ll find non-college educated people who have intellectual hobbies and are well-read….and vice versa…you’ll find some college educated people who don’t have any intellectual hobbies. However, from my own personal experience, I think those cases are the exceptions. Most non college educated people I know are not well read, don’t have intellectual hobbies, and their sense of decision making is more based on emotions as …

No, it has more to do with Women not being forced to stay in a shitty marriage. In Morocco, the divorce rate used to be really low….why? Because women weren’t allowed to initiate divorce. So, women were forced to endure shitty marriages. Then, Morocco decided to give women the right to divorce and the divorce rate skyrocketed. Why? Because they had an avenue to get out of their shitty marriage. Child support laws allow women to leave a bad situation. Some people may abuse it but that’s not the n…
