Are you pro in approaching? I don't recommend approaching groups if you didn't approach before. In that case, wait until one is alone. I had a similar situation. She wasn't really everything I needed. I found someone else. It was one of the reasons that got her interested in me eventually. She didn't have a boyfriend, though. Best bet is to keep the friendship going with her, while pursuing other women. It spices thing up, makes her feel she's losing you, etc. It doesn't make you look desperate. It also doesn't make you get stuck, in case her relationship never breaks off.
