I don't know about Canadian Civil law but I wonder if the attorney can just argue for her? Like, it would be perfect if her response could be in a written or taped deposition? Thanks for taking the time to write this. I don't think she's going to be a great mom, not because she's 50 or possibly single, but because she's had an extremely troubled life and probably needed an @$$-ton of therapy before she raises a future queen. She's not a goddess or someone to be put on a pedestal.
