This is pathetic as fuck, but I got someone's number tonight and am beyond happy!I relate so much- I spend 24/7 between work and wifey and sometimes I find myself so worn out because I haven’t made time for myself. | 6 | This is pathetic as fuck, but I got someone's number tonight and am beyond happy!Practice. A willingness to “fail” and learn from it. Giving yourself space to grow- that means you’re not perfect and that’s Ok you’re growing each day. Something that helped me immensely was meditation. After so many hours spent mindfully meditating you will start to notice the thoughts that interrupt you have a pattern. Certain thoughts can’t be grouped together whether it’s because they’re negative or because they stem from the same root issue. Meditation really helped me sort through the tho… | /r/seduction | 30/06/19 06:09 PM
How can i make friends? And stop being a people pleaser? How to improve self esteem? How to stop being r/niceguy Confidence? Get social skills? How to have my own personality? How to not be boring? How to stop anxiety, How to stop looking for approval? How to be a man? How to get girls to chase me?As someone who’s tone sensitive, dating a tone deaf girl- I appreciate this post. So many people struggle with tone and fail to realize it which results in repeating the same mistakes! Tone is super important, your verbal communication will not be effective without control and understanding of tone. Non-verbal communication is equally as important! If your non verbal communication (body language) doesn’t match your tone then you come off like you’re pretending to be someone you’re not. People lo… | /r/seduction | 11/04/19 03:55 PM

How to not be boring? How to stop anxiety, How to stop looking for approval? How to be a man? How to get girls to chase me?Bottom line is it takes effort and time- and you absolutely must give yourself the space to fuck up and not be perfect. You’re being hard on yourself but that’s normal when you’ve been paralyzed by your anxiety but you have to fight that shit off if you want to improve. Anxiety does nothing but stop you from taking action and when you’re actively working on the things that trigger your anxiety you won’t feel anxious. It funny but the cure for anxiety is literally to relentlessly go after those t… | /r/seduction | 11/04/19 03:54 PM |

How to *actually* love yourself.Yea she definitely knows you like her that's the type of thing woman talk about their whole lives and it's important to be able to show your interest without the baggage. She can feel the emotional attachment you have to the words as you speak them even if you think your being casual. In order to have the right energy you have to truly be unattached to the outcome which for me came through analyzing my thought patterns and unweaving a web of negative false beliefs I had regarding myself & women.… | /r/seduction | 02/08/17 01:17 AM
How to *actually* love yourself. That's not a fun and carefree vibe tho man that's the opposite. That's a vibe that carries the weight of your emotions. Women can feel that type of stuff | /r/seduction | 02/08/17 12:26 AM
How to *actually* love yourself. You could find a woman who is in your shoes right now, no friends, thinking no man would ever give her a chance. She's thinking that right now, and you could find her, if you stop getting lost in your ego. It's not about how short you are it's not about your friends it's not about your insecurities any thought attached to "YOU" is your ego, learn to identify it, learn to study it, come to understand it. | /r/seduction | 02/08/17 12:24 AM
How to *actually* love yourself.Take everything with a grain of salt but I think.. perhaps your ego is getting in your way, another way to think of your ego is "the way I see myself", it doesn't matter if you see yourself negatively or positively, either can get in your way. You must be able to seperate yourself from your ego in order to understand it, and in understanding your ego you will come to understand yourself and once you understand yourself acceptance will come naturally. The first step to attracting women is to be c… | /r/seduction | 01/08/17 11:59 PM
