Came to also recommend stoic philosophy, good to see you are already on the train. Book 2 of Marcus Aurelius’ Meditations deals with death and loss (including loss of children), though I’d be lying if I said reading that would enable me to feel any better were I to be in your shoes. At least right away, but it might help in time.
