We just realized marriage is a joke that puts us at very high legal and financial risk. We have nothing to gain from it, so we quit. The only ones that stand to gain anything from it are women, and that's why they're pissed we stopped.

All mods have gorgeous faces now. Nothing less. All mods know all things. Nothing less. They are fair. They are just. They are beautiful people, both physically and mentally. Do not EVER suggest otherwise.

When's the last time you ran someone up $275k in legal charges because you were mad you didn't get the promotion you were hoping for? And then turned around and implemented censorship policies on a wildly popular website based on free speech and opinion? Never? Yeah... That's what I thought. I'm just curious about my own ability to judge strangers at this point as well... Tell me if I'm wrong. Female. Age: 20's. Democrat. Currently attending or have attended university. Like I said, it took a while. I messaged them multiple times and once they finally forked over WHY I was shadow banned I apologized (even though I still didn't agree) and assured them I'd continue to abide by reddit rules (which I had)... For mine they said I posted public information about a mod of some sub, even though all I did was post a picture of the asshole in another sub dedicated to the desire to punch the faces of assholes, with no name or other contact info. It's absolutely a big deal for reddit. I got shadow banned during the shadow ban spree and it was a month-long battle to get it fixed. If you enjoy this website then this affects you, plain and simple. Stop with the "waaaaah repooooost!!!1111!11!" stuff. This woman is a disgusting human being and she's running this website into the ground. Either understand that that IS something users will be annoyed with, or keep your mouth shut about it.

I just can't believe anyone continued to take her seriously after that FB transcript came out. She's clearly just a crazy bitch who thought she could take a relationship from casual sex to marriage. When she failed she felt humiliated, so she resorted to this whole childish shenanigan. It's very obvious when you read her own words.

An important lesson was learned that day. You can't go around punching people in the face even if you have a stupid fucking vagina between your legs! Hopefully the system will teach her what her parents refused.

Sarcastic replies like that guys list are exactly type of behavior OP was discussing. Ironic.
/r/MensRights14/04/15 03:49 PM

I've been saying this for awhile. Main reason I won't post around here anymore. You can't have a calm conversation without being called names or getting downvoted to hell. I've tried discussing circumcision several times here, but because I'm not ashamed to be circumcised and play devils advocate then I'm a freak who supports child abuse and must like bodily mutilations... It's just ridiculous. I know it has a bad reputation but I find trp to be a much more suitable home these days.

I've gotten to where I really prefer jacking off anyway. The girls in porn are generally hotter than the ones in real life, plus you can just close the video and move on with your life after you get off. There is no X button on a girl who ultimately doesn't give a fuck about you.

Don't worry too much about the men in this sub that run around rampantly downvoting anything that is not explicitly gender neutral. This sub went from advocating masculinity to blurring the lines of gender definitions a long time ago. There are now better subs devoted to being a proud man. I'd tell you which ones, but I don't want to direct any of these feMANists to come turn them into a whiny tumblr-esque shit storm, constantly ruining threads with semantics. But if a woman cheats and a man throws acid on her or mutilates her in any way he's even MORE of a monster, and this is a perfect demonstration of why she cheated in the first place, and she was scared, so she cheated, and he was an alcoholic, and this is patriarchy, and he needs to have his dick cut off and put in his mouth to teach him a lesson, and he needs to be hung in town square to teach men you never treat a woman that way, and if you laugh about the situation you need psychological help…
/r/MensRights14/01/15 02:45 PM

The original image's message wasn't that Congress is a problem, it was that Congress being mostly white xtian male is a problem. OP simply refuted that notion. I'm sure OP would agree that Congress sucks a big one, and that it has nothing to do with it being most white male xtian (maybe you could argue those xtian values are a problem in there, but that's another discussion).

You don't care about me because my experience goes directly against what you're arguing? Convenient.
/r/MensRights14/08/14 01:07 AM

Thank you for remaining calm and logical. I can certainly see that argument. I definitely agree with that argument. I'm not necessarily arguing for or against it - I'm just saying not only am I ok, I actually like being cut. Totally a personal thing. But evidently I'm not allowed to like my penis in this sub because it's "mutilated".
/r/MensRights14/08/14 12:59 AM

Fictional? I've already been called an idiot multiple times in this very thread solely for saying I'm fine with my body and don't have any of the fictional ailments this sub has decided comes with circumcision. I've also been told that I'm saying that the procedure should be mandatory. I've been told I'm "mutilated" and "altered" and have basically just come to terms with it. I've had my comfort with my penis equated with tatooing and piercing infants, I've been told that because I like being "r…

Lol you kids and your loaded language crack me up. I'm horribly disfigured and mutilated and violated and altered... I'm actually none of the above. I'm just... Circumcised. Do you have your wisdom teeth removed? Do you feel like a freak of nature having a part of your body removed by medical staff? I imagine not. And if I disagree I'm also delusional and crazy and uneducated and an idiot. You guys are letting your emotion be the front man for your argument... /r/mensrights - feminism for men.
/r/MensRights13/08/14 10:27 PM
-2

I never argued for it. You and the other people freaking out because I'm okay with being circumcised are putting words into my mouth. Alk I said is I'm fine with my "mutilation" and many are. The fact you guys jumped to conclusions just further prices my point about this sub having a generally unhealthy obsession with the topic.
/r/MensRights13/08/14 10:22 PM

So are confirmation bias, ad hominem, and circular arguments.
/r/MensRights13/08/14 09:20 PM

I'm not responding to you because you are a logical fallacy in digital form. How many times have you simply resorted to calling me an idiot? Ad hominem - look it up, really. And your only argument is that my argument is invalid because you say so and because it doesn't agree with yours. According to you I'm just an idiot with no opinion because my opinion is that I like what you don't. Are you still in high school or something? Because you really are an embarrassment to the MRA movement.
/r/MensRights13/08/14 09:15 PM

Shove the ad hominem up your ass. An argument that starts with a blatant logical fallacy? Talk about an idiot...
/r/MensRights13/08/14 08:53 PM

You can cool it with the loaded language. And how exactly does your opinion on the subject constitute a valid argument, but my feeling doesn't? Ha, that's just absurd. You sound like a feminist - "this is my opinion, hear me roar! Oh you have a different opinion? Nope, doesn't count I'm not listening!"
/r/MensRights13/08/14 08:45 PM

Oh, trust me, I know. Remember the same: not everyone feels violated and mutilated. Just because you feel that way doesn't make it universal
/r/MensRights13/08/14 08:25 PM

I just don't really care. Would I make the decision as an adult? Eh, probably not on account of the pain. But I'm circumcised. That's fine with me. I don't remember the pain, sex is still my favorite thing in the world (I don't have trouble climaxing and it still feels so good I can't even think straight). I'm just ok with it. I'm not going to sit around and act like I've been raped. You'll see a lot of people wig out on here about being ok about it. They'll try to convince you that you've been …
/r/MensRights13/08/14 08:16 PM

Haha I love the instant downvotes. Part of the reason I can't take MRA as seriously as I once did. "What?! You're ok with your body and don't want to kill yourself and sex is still a blast?! No! Fuck you, you MUST agree with me and you MUST feel bad about your body because that makes ME feel better!"... haha go fuck yourself.

I'd be thoroughly surprised if their sentencing doesn't reflect their bond. Imagine her getting 25 years, and him getting 5.... No. It'll likely be the opposite. As shitty as our justice system is I just don't see her getting an equal sentencing. Hell, I don't see her getting more than a slap on the wrist, like virtually all female rapists.

The picture in the original link, with the short shorts, midriff-bearing top, and cleavage is what she was wearing at the time of arrest. You're telling me she likely got arrested, then turned into a complete LADY? Sorry, but knowing as many as I have, I very seriously doubt it.

lol, again, must not have been around many. I've been pickpocketted by one stripper, dated one, hung out with many, married to one... There's nothing dumb about what I said. These aren't cute little innocent girls, they're money-hungry, female sociopaths. Just because they're pretty to look at doesn't mean they're pretty on the inside. They're used to men drooling over them, when they get in a sticky situation they almost always try to revert back to capitalizing on what the club has conditioned…

Strippers make anywhere from $200 (at a hole in the wall club) to $4k or more at a premier club. Seeing as she's attractive, I'd doubt she makes anything less than $500/night on a really slow weeknight (and not to mention her nasty little side job, cut heroin or not). And the key phrase here is "intent to distribute"... The bags were individually wrapped. She was not going to shoot up 1.6 oz of heroin on her way home from the club, simple as that. I've never seen marijuana users individually mea…

/r/JusticePorn didn't care for this. I posted it as justice for her trying to push heroin on the streets. All they saw was a hot girl and downvoted it to hell and back, ultimately a mod removed it. But here I can take my argument a step further. The fact that that sub saw nothing but a poor little girl and thought her arrest wasn't justice is quite interesting. Here is the brief conversation I had with someone before the thread was deleted: http://i.imgur.com/hVk7cxp.jpg

Yup. Ironic how they have managed to make it possible for themselves to be the innocent, powerless little victim when it's convenient, and the "STRONG, EMPOWERED, INDEPENDENT heroine" the rest of the time.

I'm tired of this attitude. When I see "proud single moms" I can't help but think, "YOU'RE the one who spread your legs for the first douchbag who wanted to get into your pants. YOU'RE the one who didn't use birth control, or ensure he was using a condom. Tough rocks, glad you love your kid, but that doesn't make it the man's fault. It takes two to tango." Edit: forgot the word, "WHO"

Makes me sick. They should have locked that pedophile up and thrown away the key - just as they would have ANY male teacher in the EXACT same situation (save for, of course, maybe swapping "football player" for "cheerleader").
/r/MensRights15/06/13 03:10 PM

Yeah, we get it, it's a joke. But the joke is "screw men - they owe us!" Exactly the type of sentiment MRAs should stand against. I'm sure feminists wouldn't find rape jokes funny, so why should we find "take you to the cleaners" jokes funny?
/r/MensRights08/06/13 03:50 PM

I bet there will be a lot of men at the mother/son event.
/r/MensRights01/06/13 07:57 PM

So a woman is mad she's not allowed at a father/son event, cries, gets it canceled. Told she will have a mother/son event soon. And a dad mad he couldn't be invited to THAT event is preferable to canceling??? Solid logic, there, solid logic...

What claim was that? That women have the option of doing nothing but working out, shopping, and house work, if they so choose, even though you'd never see the reverse situation for men in your wildest of dreams?
/r/MensRights29/05/13 03:44 PM

You're still missing the point. WHITE women have it very easy. Disproportionately so. I didn't say any woman can be moderately fit and have life handed over on a silver platter - but white women certainly can. No man, white, black, Asian, etc., can spend half an hour in the gym every day and then kick back and shop all day on his wife's money (perhaps with the exception of a few dozen in the world). Women of all races, but especially white, CAN. Again, there are exceptions, even with white women…
/r/MensRights29/05/13 03:36 PM
25

How are they not? Obviously there are exceptions and some white women live in poverty and/or work their butts off. But as a general rule being a white woman is an absolute walk in the park. All you have to do is keep in decent physical shape and you can pretty much get life handed to you. Only having to spend about 30 minutes a day in the gym to have a rich man shower you with gifts, money, and a work/care-free lifestyle is pretty damn privileged if you ask me.

We let it be in the rule book when we stood by and allowed rulings to set this precedent lest we be deemed chauvinist pigs. Same concept as affirmative action. I believe in equality, but after it's accomplished, if you give someone an inch they'll take a mile - deep down they didn't want equality - they wanted superiority. This is a natural instinct and emotion for almost every species on this planet, unfortunately.
/r/MensRights25/04/13 11:37 PM
24

Exactly. And in this case, the female sociopath usually gets up on the stand and puts on a nice tear-show for them about how scarred she is and she was so afraid to come forward. The jury usually buys these crocks of shit over a man calmly proclaiming he's innocent.

/r/MensRights11/03/13 11:56 AM

Same... And I'm a white male. It's like everyone in the world acts like I should apologize. Firstly, my bloodline has never owned a single slave - we were Irish immigrants - we dealt with plenty of racism on our own (N.I.N.A.). Secondly, I was raised by a single mother as an only child; I'm very understanding of women and would never hurt one. "Male...White... MUST BE AN OPPRESSOR!!!!"... Talk about judging a book by its cover!
/r/MensRights02/03/13 05:03 PM
4

This is a very interesting statistic. imo I think it may be due to the fact that virtually any previously oppressed group blames the white male, and that any white males' problems are often dismissed as fake or laughable because the stereotype is that white men are oppressive and rich. And that's definitely not the case.

I don't buy the mom's "apology" for one second. I'm sure she taught her daughter to hate men and perhaps even showed her that it's "ok" to beat up on men, and the little girl was just following her moms lead. This girl needs to be punished severely, just like any bully.
/r/MensRights24/01/13 12:45 AM

No, I insinuated that men perceive independence and self-healing (to spell it out for you - not going to anyone with your problems) as strong, and are less likely to form a support system. You feminists read WAAAAY too far into things - everyone is just out to get you, huh? I don't think you read a word I wrote other than "women... cry... (insert this word: less) strong..."
/r/MensRights25/12/12 05:51 PM

Your typical female-esque "you're overreactive and must be in a rage" argument won't work on this sub, sweetheart. You know damn good and well what I meant by "strong and independent" (I know you girls like that phrase because it sounds cool, but men actually live it). Don't play dumb and make this out to be the typical female argument, "oh, I'm just a sweet, innocent girl wondering what's happening and you went CRRRAZZZZZY on me! Such masculine abuse!" Find another sub; you don't belong here.
/r/MensRights25/12/12 04:58 PM

Nor did I say crying IS weakness. Glad we agree. Don't let your emotions get the best of you, girl - I didn't call you an idiot either. Please re-read my post. Saying either you're an idiot or you're bored doesn't mean I called you an idiot - but the fact that that option is the one you were drawn to is interesting. I think you'd be more at home in feMRA, TwoX, or other subs, seeing as you seem to be here just to argue for no reason (dare I say, "like most women").
/r/MensRights25/12/12 04:45 PM

What claim?
/r/MensRights25/12/12 02:50 PM

What is it with the men in this sub always looking to argue? I explained what I meant, others (and I) elaborated, so either you're an idiot and have no reading comprehension or you're just bored. I'm not writing a doctoral thesis here, I don't need 10 chapters devoted to defining a word I used (specifically in quotations) when your average person can see what I was saying in context.
/r/MensRights25/12/12 02:36 PM

How did you get downvoted? That was very well-said. We must have someone lurking who downvotes if they can't counter your argument. Now THAT'S weakness.
/r/MensRights24/12/12 09:42 PM
1

That's not what I said, if you'll take another look. Men just tend to be "strong" and independent, self-healing. Women are much more communal than men. I don't know many men in a men's book club. Or cooking club. Etc.

I hope you get well soon and are able to rejoin the fight. It's very discouraging that people just look at us like lunatic chauvinists. It takes time to raise awareness. When feminism first peaked it's head out in the late 1800s and early 1900s they were laughed at too, and this is when feminism still had good ideals and goals (not just, lets throw all men in prison for looking at us). It will take time, and ridicule - likely a LOT. But hopefully MRA will eventually break the feminist stronghold…

I think that is because MR is still just an infant. WR has been growing for over a hundred years. They were problem-focused at first too. To find solutions, first you need to identify all the problems, have plenty of examples, and then strategically decide a plan of action, and then put that plan into motion. Another thing worth considering is the differences in mentality and personality of your average man and woman. Women huddle together, cry, and reassure each other. Men are stronger, more in…

When you're 60 and you're having dick problems, it's probably because you're 60 and your dick just doesn't work like it did when you were 20. Your body begins to deteriorate with age. I'm not taking a quiz, man. If you forgot the numbers it's not too terribly difficult to just click the link again. Are you dense? The high number of Jewish people who reside (and have resided through history) in the U.S. sort of speaks for itself. The fact that Christians believe in the tradition and the astonishing size of the Christian population in the U.S. also speaks for itself. The growing Muslim population also speaks for itself.

Chill on the caps. Feel bad about my mutilation? lol you act like MRM is similar to FRM in that we take on some victim mentality. This isn't rape, it's circumcision, and I don't feel bad about my "mutilation" at all. So far it's sounding more to me like uncut men are mad that they aren't and don't want to get cut because they're afraid to (understandably), so they try to convince themselves that being uncircumcised somehow feels better and that circumcised men have all sorts of physical and sexu…

Right, and the sexual experiences of female partners of cut and uncut men isn't anecdotal at all! The fact is both sides are anecdotal. Some cut men can't get it up, some uncut men can't either. Some cut men have great sex, some uncut men have great sex. You can digg up articles all say that say otherwise, but a feminist can pull up articles all day about bs rape statistics too.

Honestly, no thanks, I've had quite enough confirmation bias out of you. Circumcised penises work great and fell great whether you like that or not. A few circumcised guys had ED or PE? Mindblowing! But that's a personal problem that plenty of uncut guys have too.

Lol anything that doesn't say "circumcision is the work of satan" must be anecdotal, huh? But the experience of uncircumcised men is SCIENCE.

I'm 25. Somehow I'd doubt if suddenly my penis is going to be in pain, go permanently limp, and I'll never ejaculate again, I just haven't experienced it yet (as I assume you're about to argue).

lol from your first link: "There were no significant differences in sexual drive, erection, ejaculation, and ejaculation latency time between circumcised and uncircumcised men." I'm also still trying to figure out where this "masturbating sucks if your circumcised" crock o' shit is coming from. I rather enjoy rubbing one out. And so do all my circumcised friends. Let's go ahead and see a credible, non-biased source that says most men who are circumcised have a painful, limp dick, and uncut men have better sex and only 1% want to get it cut. Sure, fire away. Would I want to go get my penis hacked on as an adult? Probably not, that's why I'm damn glad it's already done because you can bet your nuts I'd want it done, whether or not I'd want to go under the knife is another matter. Don't put words into my mouth. I said I can see where you can argue ethics. But as someone who is cut, I'm not all bent out of shape about it. My dick works just fine, looks just fine, feels just fine. Quit with your bullshit statistics. True, but percentage wise they make up a LOT of the election on television. Of course there are your crime scene/hospital dramas, your news and home shopping, your documentaries and educational programming, but aside from the crime/hospital dramas none of that other programming leaves much room for plot. Almost anything with plot makes the man out as a doofus. Crime/hospital dramas don't have room to do this because it would make the show look absolutely absurd. Funny how if you are accurately t…

Yeah, who can say? I do think the MRM would stop feasibly though. There wasn't even an MRM until the FRM began taking rights from us and causing us a lot of trouble. If they would have stopped where they should have stopped I doubt a single one of us would be here advocating MRM, because we had them at one point, but they've been taken now.

Perhaps I explained myself poorly. The trouble a child may be faced with is having to go under the knife as a sentient adult. I had a friend in high school who was out in pain for about a week after getting circumcised, and he limped around for the week after being back. That doesn't sound pleasant. I'm not sure where all the literature on being cut and desensitizing the penis or causing uncomfortable intercourse or rendering the penis incapable of getting a full erection. My penis head is HIGHL…

Exactly. And I'm not saying that the man needs to beat up the "inferior" woman for half an hour on prime time TV, I'm just saying they shouldn't all be incompetent schmucks who don't even have the ability to wipe their own asses. To use your example, I Love Lucy, Ricky had his fair share of blunders and mistakes, but so did Lucy. In the end everyone had a good laugh and moved on. I like your idea of increasing severity of the punishment as age gap increases. I also like the idea that the younger party should be the one to press charges. I think that may fix a few issues. But an age gap law, imo, would still need to be in place to prevent say, a 50 year old man from convincing a 14 year old girl she's in love with him and doesn't want to press charges.

I'd say giving a 21 year old full access to hard liquor has proven to be a bad idea plenty of times. You can also die just fine at 13, but we aren't sending 13 year olds overseas with an M-16 and Colt .45. The brain may develop well into the mid-20s, but we haven't raised the drinking age to 28. The fact is that we have pulled a lot of random numbers out of our asses for legislation and in these stat rape cases it has bitten us in the ass when we start to walk the thin fine line (i.e. 18 and 19 …

I feel the same, buddy. Not to bring race into it, but as a white male I REALLY feel it. It's like women think I should be their bitch because feminism told them I want to rape and beat them, and any minority (male or female) thinks I owe them money because my family must have owned their family as slaves at some point (even though we were poor Irish immigrants AFTER slavery lol). That opens the door to all kinds of cloudy legislature and a lot more he said/she said stuff. Freshman girls aren't much more innocent than their senior counterparts. A 4 year gap rule would mean yeah, maybe she gets manipulated, but that's life. Having a genuine relationship at age 18 with your 16 year old girlfriend and getting thrown in the slammer for it ISN'T fair. Terrifying loopholes, but I agree with DaNiceguy... Many cultures still raise their women to respect the men and love them. Don't confuse this with chauvinism - these cultures also respect their women. The main difference is just that there is a mutual respect in other cultures, whereas in the U.S. we've taught women that they are precious and rare and shouldn't have to do any work, yet somehow are also strong, independent, and entitled to do or say anything they please. So, logically, the only thing one may attribute their similar behavior to is feminist propaganda. Probably primarily via the media - when is the last time you watched a show or movie where the man/dad was anything other than a big dumb lug and the woman the secretly highly intelligent one? One may also say that because both exes were uneducated, their minds were overall weaker than average and thus very susceptible to lowbrow sitcoms and romantic comedies.

Touche, man, touche. My ex tried choking me several times. Threatened me with kitchen pans (which she then decided to slam into the sink until it was a bent up piece of aluminum). Threw pictures off the wall into the ground. Took her ring off and threw it in my face, gave me the bird and yelled "fuck you" at the top of her lungs. Then had the nerve to go sleep around whenever I finally got bored with her drama and started ignoring her. She'd either realize she fucked up or the guy would dump her…

Well-fucking-said, tig! I just got out of an abusive marriage too, and maybe this is just common among women. I agree. Age gap legislation makes a lot of sense. Personally, I think a 4 year gap is reasonable. And then she can go to college and leave him for someone else :-P

Usually, whether it's right or not, they just get a slap on the wrist. Even in murder cases there have to be certain extenuating circumstances for the juvenile to be tried as an adult. I agree this should be fixed, but it poses further problems. Like if we change the age to try as an adult to 16, then why not consider them adults at 16? Why not make 16 the legal sexual age then? Why not let 16 year olds buy smokes and join the military. We already kind of deal with this problem with 18 and drink…

I never thought a woman should be a slut and I should be a player... I was cut as an infant and honestly, I'm glad. I would have ultimately made that decision anyway, so I'm glad it was done as an infant and I have no recollection of it. But I can see where ethically it makes sense to give the child the option when they are old enough to make that decision. I, for one, will likely cut my son if I ever have one simply because there will be no recollection and it will save trouble for him later in life if he decides he wishes he were cut.

The fact remains that a LOT of women are abusive because legislation (as you can see from this article) has been so skewed since the second wave of the feminist movement that many women now think they are legally immune (and evidently they are!) and entitled to physically abuse a man. And this isn't even taking into consideration the volumes of psychological abuse conniving women are capable of unleashing. And incidents like this reinforce their sentiment. I like r/MR - there needs to be a forum for men to voice their opinions and problems without being called chauvinist, sexist pigs. Women have their channels, and magazines, and forums, and group meetings... Men need it too. No, rape and physical abuse aren't as big of an issue, but women sure as hell know how to mentally/psychologically abuse the living fuck out of a man. "We're a generation of men raised by women... I'm beginning to wonder if another woman is really the answer we need."
