Absolutely not. In fact, I will present some viewpoints to back up my claim Point 1: I would rather date an unattractive woman who does like sex, than an attractive one that does not. Nothing is more beautiful than the face of a woman that desires me. A pretty face that always sexually rejects me will get ugly pretty fast. Flip 2: If I was in some weird situation where I was being stuck in an arranged marriage and HAD to marry a woman that wasn't interested in sex, I would rather marry an unattr…

Funny story about this; my wife and I went to high school together, we even rode the same school bus and would often chat on the bus. She cycled through boyfriends every few months through most of high school. I thought she was ridiculously beautiful, but I am/was a late bloomer, and I didn't think she was interested. We kept in touch occasionally through college. After college we so happened to both be single at the same time, but both absolutely broke. I asked her out. Our 10 year wedding anni…

yeah, a lot of marriages that would probably be fine just as a couple don't survive the additional stresses that are created by adding one or more children into the mix.

People look like people. You are perceiving women to be more attractive than men. I have also seen women assure the least physically attractive women on this planet that "you're beautiful, too", at which point the word ceases to have any meaning.

>I've never heard a lesbian say that she wouldn't want to date a woman who had a high body count. I think is a continuation of 'social proof' selection/mate copying, where women tend to want partners who have been 'vetted' by other people. I suspect that heterosexual men might have the opposite, where they feel like a female partner who has either broken up with or been broken up with by multiple other partners is a risky investment.

I had an argument with someone about this recently. Sex work is a broad term with a lot of wiggle room and I, as a male, have probably not fully analyzed my own feelings on it fully, so all I can really give is my gut reaction. Would I marry a current prostitute or adult film actor? No. Would I marry a former prostitute or adult film actor? Probably not. Would I marry a current camgirl/stripper? Maybe. Would I marry a former camgirl/stripper? Probably. I dated a girl for a few months that did 'g…

I agree, but it can be quite complicated, because dead bedrooms are a symptom, not a cause. The relationships usually start fine and then peter out. The reasons to stay are the boiling frog analogy. Each time the environment gets a little less pleasant, it's only slightly less pleasant than it used to be, and people tolerate the new norm rather than have to divorce, possibly sell their house and relocate. Potential reasons for a DB (there are more but most seem to fall into these categories): Th…

I would say that most posts there are in the time span of years, if not decades.

It can also be used to ensure that the lower income partner isn't high and dry if the higher income partner divorces them. The advice I've seen is specify what belongs to each partner, and what is shared. It can specify what percentage of total household income goes into a shared account for shared expenses, equal amounts of money that goes into the personal checking account of each partner, and equal amounts that goes into each partner's retirement account. It can specify child custody in advan…

I vote we do away with the stigma regarding prenups.

I think the parameters of whether it's ok are: Does it survive the gender swap test i.e. reverse the genders, is it suddenly creepy? In addition to my personal take: If you're both over 30, you're both mature adults and can do what feels right to you. If one of the individuals is under 30, max age gap of 10 years.

How big is too big? For some people 5 years is too big.

She is certainly free to do so. We can't all be lesbian sheep. https://np.reddit.com/r/196/comments/17k1ilc/the_lesbian_sheep_conundrum/ Sitting back and expecting to be asked out for showing up is 'silent agreement/contract' behavior, which is considered toxic in relationships, no matter which gender is doing it. Getting resentful at strangers for failure to uphold the silent contract that you internally roped them into also seems pretty pointless. Expecting things to change while silently dema…

In the modern age where we come home and often vegetate in front of screens, maintaining a social sphere becomes a problem. The way people used to meet each other was via social circles and church. I think the new thing is mixed-gender social groups whose main focus is NOT dating. Maybe singles events work but just being around other people with shared interests is good for your mental health, whether it's board games, exercise, sports, whatever. Running Clubs Are the New Dating Apps Don't expec…

oh look, a combination ad hominem AND strawman fallacy in response to someone correctly identifying the Perfectionism/Nirvana fallacy. Humans are imperfect, therefore a reality in which they exist will continue to be imperfect.

Better question; why do you think that I think she was wrong for doing so? I never said or implied that she was. She's running a business. She is doing whatever she can get to get views, presumably from people that find her attractive, and hopefully click the link in her bio and subscribe to her OF.

What's work appropriate is an entire Overton window with a LOT of gray area. It's worth noting that, according to LinkedIn, 75-82% of HR departments, which enforce/write work attire dress codes, are women. For what my autistic opinion is worth, her top looked a bit too cropped for an office setting. Rest of the outfit looked fine.

correction; it's a woman hoping men read her bio and click the link that leads to her onlyfans. She is using the office siren outfit as a soft net to catch male attention and pass it to her online sex work. When people (regardless of sex/gender) have built their online presence around advertising and profiting off of their bodies, it creates a context around their online presence. If you went to a social function and someone struck up a conversation with you, they added you as a contact/friend o…

I'm going to do a bit of argument picking here, because I see some serious flaws in the observations. It's high school. The state of mind of a high schooler is completely different from someone in their 40s. Women are often caught up with friends, activities, and jobs, and aren't looking for anything serious until they get much older. Boys in high school are hitting puberty, and experiencing the social pressures to have sex to 'become a man'. Your assessment of 'they seemed just as happy' is VER…
