1	This is disgusting. These aren't only my beliefs, - they're what I'd assume the general population would believe. We were arguing over the definition of 'rape' and you were stating that in legal terms (in the UK at least) 'Rape' is basically a penis penetrating someone without permission, which is to say that the legal definition of rape is gendered in that only a man (or chick with a dick I suppose) can commit rape in the legal meaning. 4	This is disgusting. Dude. The point is that there is a discrepancy between the actual definition of rape and the legal definition of rape in some places. The other commenter was pointing out that regardless of the UKs legal definition, rape is not a word with only a single gender definition. The argument isn't that the UK law 'doesn't' say its only a man that can rape, the argument is that the law isn't using the word correctly as both men and women can, of course, rape and be raped.
