Perhaps it isn't entirely public but the individual was entitled to take photographs and, despite Bieber being nude and in a private location, he was outside. It is a bit invasive but the implications that this is even remotely comparable to someone stripping nudes off of someone's private device is lopsided.

I think the difference is that Justin Bieber was publicly naked and the other celebrity nude photos were privately taken and then stolen from them via hacking on their phones. EDIT: Apparently, it wasn't public. He was in a private location. The difference is not as wide but my point still stands. There is a separation between taking photos of someone naked outside and legitimately stealing nude photos off of someone's phone remotely.

I don't think it's one choice or the other, though. As I've mentioned, I think feminism has pros and cons, just like MRA's.
