4	Confident in all aspects except relationships Ive always been in the mindset that if my gf is fooling around behind my back, il eventually find out and move on. Its easy for me to do, because it feels like total betrayal and I know id never trust her again. Im speaking from experience because Ive been cheated on. Bottom line is I cant control her and I cant be worried about things that arent in my control. Not sure, if thats the type of advice youre looking for. 1	How do I battle approach anxiety abroad? Language barrier adds another hurdle. I was raised in the US but my parents are both from europe. I just ask if they speak English😂 Bad advice, I know.
