It's not that at all. An old ex wanted to know if she ended up married or not, so what? Good for her if she's successful, but that's irrelevant to what she was asked. And then she went and made a stupid sign about it. It's like asking someone "How was your weekend?" And they reply, "I'm vegan."

By "equally" I mean that opportunities are open to any with the relevant skills and experience, regardless of gender/sex. I don't mean that one "side" should be deliberately and culturally pushed so that workplaces are 50/50 males and females. I'm talking about true equality. The gates are open for all and only the best will make it.
/r/MensRights04/09/19 08:13 AM

Exactly. Opportunities are afforded to all, equally. The "problem" is choice.

I'd honestly love that source. Forgive me for doubting it, but the friend seemed entirely too invested in the humor of the situation. I assumed that she'd keep the video under lock and key to save her friend. If I was mistaken, then the world is a better place than I thought it was!

She said: “I was a wee bit intimidated, I felt they were laughing, that my idea was ludicrous. To say men are being discriminated against, I just don’t feel that. Discrimination -- (noun) In human social behavior, discrimination is treatment or consideration of, or making a distinction towards, a person based on the group, class, or category to which the person is perceived to belong. The unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people, especially on the grounds of race, age,…

Those guys handled that with such patience. Being spat on, being punched, all the while being screamed at by some mentally-ill child who thinks she's the victim. Glad the police arrested her.

a completely passive, male infant, under the constant direction of someone else I actually had a small argument about this the other day, after the other party implied that men purposefully push this stereotype into TV/Advertisements/Sitcoms so we can secretly get away with leaving the chores/household duties to the wives/girlfriends. Apparently men being portrayed as childish idiots who need taking care of is yet another method of the patriarchy to keep women oppressed. Colour me surprised.
