Its really not that hard when you have an instruction, though, yes, if youve spent your whole life in fear transitioning is uncomfortable.

BPA / BPS. For me, its a little difficult to transition to non plastic bottles outsidr of the home, as glass bottles are a little more inconvenient and awkward. Also, thermoprinted paper like that found on most receipts contain hundreds of times of the BPA in plastic, and seep through the skin. Those should be avoided too.

The alt-right is bad, but it's a natural reaction to the anti-male and anti-white agenda that has been (totally) pushed by the New Left in the United States, almost as if to shame and guilt them into submission. Well, Nietzsche said, famously, extreme ideas don't lead to moderate ones, but to the opposite extreme. If the revolutionary socialists want their 'revolution', than they will get - but they will lose. The right holds all the guns, the military, the numbers, etc. And no, California is ra…

I dont think they care, really, as do most men. Most kids have never been in a real fight in their lives, theyve never felt what it feels like getting close to death. I stsrted jiu jitsu this month, and it shocked me how intense fights are. Sure, Ive been in some pushing/kicking contests when I was young - but man, having someone trying to choke you really triggers the instincts. Regardless, the word is getting increasingly non violent, and while the evolutionary drives arent going away, the gua…

I can see what youre saying, and I agree with you totally from an individual perspective, but peace is key to long term prosperity, otherwise we'd still be nomadic and tribalistic. Islam is still monotheistic and emphasizes monogamy if less so than Christianity. But vikings were gone almost entirely by the 12th century, pagans in Europe by the late 15th - violent societies do not bring long term success, therefore monogamy is the gender dynamic selected for by human history and evolution.
/r/TheRedPill01/10/18 07:41 PM
7

Youre making a totally counterfactual argument - all succesful societies/civilizations are monogomous or mostly monogomous. There is literature proving polygamous societies to be more violent and less sustainable in the long term than monogamous ones.

While I agree with you, we should be very careful in factoring correlation as causation. For example, NoFap relapses are extremely unpleasant to me and I can almost feel the testosterone draining out of me. However, I know people who wank 1, 2, 3, 4 times a day and theyre more confident than me even if I caught them minutes after the act. Ignorance is bliss, they say, and for me it may just be the placebo effect taking its course.

Nationalist doesnt mean Nazi - while I agree this is a silly thing to post on this sub, use the word 'Nazi' too much and you start inflating the currency, so to say, so that when real Nazis start popping up, the threat won't be taken seriously. On that note, I understand where the sentiment is coming from. When the people are overinjected with feminine ideology (bleeding heart socialism), they inevitably pummel hard to the other side. Nazism formed, among other things, as a reaction to communism…

Theyre not bad, no, 71 kg doesnt seem to be that much your height, whats wierd is the body fat percentage and you can really see the running come into play here. You either have to ramp up your protein. Again, protein is thermogenic and, until you near 50 grams of protein per meal, youll burn at least as many calories digesting it as you will get from the glucose created, this will also lead, along with reducing your carbs, to a gradual body recomp, which is what you (read: skinny-fat) need. First off, how old are you? You seem to have the stats of a 30+ year old. How do you manage to keep 20% bodyfat while marathon running. Take a critical look at your diet. You don't eat for the sake of eating, you eat to fuel your body and activities. Sugar, outside maybe like a 90% dark chocolate or something, doesnt need to be in your diet at all. Cut down on carbs, slowly but surely. Watch some videos, maybe listen to a podcast. (I'd recommend; Athlean-X, Jeff Nippard (highly recommend his pod…

Business was the first thing I thought of studying because that's what my brother did/is doing, and seems to be doing alright, however, what will a 'business' degree get me, other than perhaps university connections. In Germany, Business (BWL) is by far the most popular undergraduate, in men but also women. With a trade or a STEM, etc. career I actually have some expertise. Why did you end up going with BJJ over another martial art? Was it by circumstance, or were there certain reasons that made jiu-jitsu more appealing than slightly more popular taekwondo, boxing, mma, etc. Jiu Jitsu is certainly one I'm looking at, a lot of people I know do jiu jitsu. I also like to listen to Joe Rogan and Jocko Willink, who were my primary advocates of taking up martial arts. Both do jiu jitsu.

Interesting. Accounting, consulting, and law are things that seem extremely complex and mundane to the point that I can't really get my head around the importance of them, even though this is the field most of my immediate family works in. I guess I should add, I always fancied myself a smart kid, and I do have what would be the equivalent of a 3.9 GPA - however, the subject I somewhat struggle with is math. Everything else I definitely excel in. Right now, I am selecting between three areas of study - Technology, the Sciences, and Economics. It should go without explaining, I dont want a 9-5 job. Women in the west were oppressed cca 100 years ago. They still are in certain parts of the world, mostly muslim countries, but not in the US. Disagree. Just because there are innate differences between different groups doesnt mean one has it better than another. This kind of dichotomous thought is the root of identity politics.

Very interesting studies you've linked here. In the previous post you implied that a protein intake higher than c. 1 gram/pound bodyweight results in a decreased testosterone level, which is simply not the case. It (should be) fairly common knowledge that so-called 'cutting' or eating under your TDEE, particularly due to the reduction in fat intake due to its caloric density, results in a drop in testosterone and a negative hormonal response overall. The fact of the matter is, however, that an i…

If you can, try to run normally and outside. Treadmills mess with your gait and muscular pathways because you are very limited in your space. Its like youre trying to walk a plank or balance beam. The only reason you should be using a treadmill is if you're warming up for some lifting, but even then, running or biking to the gym is a lot better. Women inherently have sexual value, men do not. Men's value to women is in their commitment.(financial, temporal, social) A low-quality woman is a woman who dishes out sex without sufficient commitment on the part of men. A low quality man is someone who gives out commitment without receiving much sex in return. This is core TRP theory. Try to ignore the day-to-day posts before understanding it.
