Holy crap, I have almost the exact same thing. I had to get some signatures or something from the doctors at the place of the physical because of my spine. Mine is not the worst but not the greatest, but I got through it all so I am sure you will too. It's all doable just stay in shape as best as you can, it will make things easier.
