| 2 | You will never outlift a bad dietIt's okay to have a cheat meal perhaps 2-3 times a week if you are training 100% 4-6 times per week. For example I had a pizza tonight with water because I'm with a few buddies and next time I work out I'll have that pizza in the back of my mind as something to motivate me for that work out.
