Most men need to learn the hard way. See you in a couple years.

Honestly, MRP is putting the woman in the center of man's life. You are so tragically fucking wrong. It's no surprise she doesn't want to fuck you. Have you read the sidebar? DYEL?

Good specific advice here. As a 40 year old let me tell you: keep lifting and eating well and you'll age like a fine wine. As for the hair, you'll just have to work with what you've got, unless you've got the money and narcissism for plugs or some shit.

You can do better if you apply yourself. Spend half the effort writing as you do tying to figure women out, and we may be able to understand what you're trying to convey.

It's not a mobile device problem. It's a comprehension problem.

inscrutable = woman I could brush up on Pook, and PFP I haven't read yet, and this is the second time this morning I've seen it recommended - so time to get back to my studies. I find the lessons fade a little with age. Time to refresh. . it makes providing input to you difficult I regret having to do this, as I have garnered a lot of good help from here. . doubt it's a Machivellian play for your "beta services" I will try to operate from this Pov, it will make things easier. Hopefully it's also…

That's the painful truth I'm trying to embrace / trying to avoid. She's trying to make me happy, but I don't know if it's because she needs my beta services, or because she's genuinely regretful of her behavior. It all comes down to trust, and my gut feeling is not to trust her. She's inscrutable.

I am negotiating with myself, informed by ego, emotion, and fact, on how much this marriage is worth to me. She is a good woman in many ways, and has many faults as well. As do I. I'm discovering that I'm sorely missing a lot of the traits and behaviors she doesn't have or express. Moreover, she betrayed me. She had an emotional affair that got briefly physical (according to her). This was wrapped up in an expressed desire to open the relationship. She tried to remain comforting and kind to me, …

Yes, for a long time I essentially blamed her (in the majority) for my decision to get married, then later to move for her career. And despite the obvious fact that it was my decision, I still probably do harbor some anger for her for that. I don't think I mentioned that specifically in my post, but it probably does persist.

Yeah, I've been keeping my head down and focusing on my mission, which doesn't include worrying about if I'm going to get laid by her or not. I do worry about being attractive. If it doesn't work for her, I'll find someone else.

The thing I want to do more than anything is surf. That's what I did before we met, as often as I could. My wife says she supports this but it's just lip service. It's not logistically feasible. We moved to bumfuck, away from the beaches I used to surf. Add in her work, my work, and kids and the time is gone. It's hard enough to get to the gym 3x a week (which has been my surfing substitute). That's all a bunch of excuses, but it's the plain truth. Time is of the essence. Other than that, I want…

Month 6 The puppy is sick. 39 years old. Married 6 years, 2 young kids. Financial Side hustles are starting to pick up for Q4 - hopefully the additional time I've been spending on it pays off in the next two months and thereon. In any case, I like doing the work, it's fun. I'm struggling with a home sale subsequent to some damage and rehab. It's a huge pain in my ass, and we likely won't make any profit on it at this point, but I'll be really happy to finally get out from under it in the n…

OYS Month 5 So much progress made in the past 2 months. I'm settling into reality and making it work for me in a way I haven't in years. The Machiavellian streak is returning, but now with even less sympathy for the general public. I'm focused on personal development and family security. Shit tests are becoming more frequent. My responses are a mix of pass and fail. I'm best at just STFU, but come up with some funny A&A responses at times. Comfort tests are also more frequent and are usual…

You're a waste of time. Obviously, you haven't read the sidebar or listened to any advice. Go away.

Yeah dude, she's fucking Chad the dealer. Now take this angry energy and improve yourself, for your kids' sake. And talk to a divorce lawyer.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. I find advice like this and the mental images involved (like putting your feet through the floor when DL) really help me.

Push myself until I fail a rep and deal with it. I should see it as a positive - pushing myself hard and not being afraid to fail. Experiencing it will help. There was a bro benching around 250 without a spotter and he almost failed a rep. I was ready to jump in and help but he laddered it back up. This guy goes hard. I should be more like him, Instead of being pussy about how I might look.

There's just one power rack in this gym, and the hole spacing is inadequate. Eventually, I'll get my own rack. For now, l find spotters. I struggle with keeping tight throughout the set, that's something I need to work on.

OYS Month 4 General Things continue to improve, though there are always leaps forward followed by steps backward. Sex is more frequent. She grabs my arms, shoulders, back, neck when we have sex missionary now, squeezing and caressing my muscles. She loves being thrown around in bed. She told me she had a dream featuring my "new sexy bod". Lift, gentlemen. There's a reason it's trope around here. This is a woman that has always made plain her attraction towards fit men. She was practically begg…

Anger is normal. You can use the anger, but don't go Rambo before you're sure what you really want. You're still mired in the trees of anger and can't see the fucking forest. If you want the real shit, read The Rational Male and go from there.

Some BBs just don't appreciate real advice from real men. Ego investments obfuscate the vision needed to make real changes. This fuck is headed to divorce/child support/alimony while his wife gets all the dick she had been dreaming about back in her hometown. Pass the popcorn.

The other top level replies are too fucking pussy. This man obviously needs to hear something real. Here it is.^ OP - You can unfuck yourself, but I bet you don't. Start with following the well established protocol, you fuck. Sidebar ->
