1	I'm so broken Brother, if you want to cry, don't hold it in, just let it out. It's okay to show your emotions as a man. Additionally, heartbreaks are normal when it comes to relationships. You should consider this past relationship as a valuable experience for future relationships. I'm sure you can definitely find someone better than her in the future. Don't give up! 2	As a 32yo finding out I'm a highly sensitive male, growing up with the unspoken rule of "Showing emotion = weakness" caused so much emotional suppression and damage. I feel you, brother. I too was dealing with depression at a young age. I too was told by my parents that as a man, one shouldn't cry or show emotions. But, it's totally okay for you to show your emotions.
