The depression and "numbness" went away rather quickly for me, but everyone's situation is different. You may want to explore therapy or get a hobby to occupy your mind. 1	This is my reality now I joined a gym and a bowling league. Had no real interest in either before the divorce. Been a lot of fun, though. I suggest something like that.
