Good point, might be mix of both. Chances are you're simply engaging in validation seeking behaviour I doubt its this, because I am usually being one "atacked" by words and I can deffend my self with ease and even sometimes enjoy it, when u win that verbal "battle" but my point is that I am not sure if I am just noticing this more and If I should even waste energy on it. or surround yourself with low quality people. shit tests, power plays and how to get the upper hand. I have a problem with this, basically, I have never noticed how much people try to fuck you over with words, actions and what not, but the thing is I am not sure if I am just more aware of it now, or it just seems to happen to me more... Basically, I feel that every time I am in company, people are trying to challenge me in some way or another, and I don't know if I should fight it all the time and waste the energy or just not bother with it…

What that has to do with anything? What I am asking is that Russia is nationalistic and if this battle is between nationalists and globalists I can't see how Russia would allow Central Bank(if its harmful) in its nation?

Yes but Putin is pretty much IDGAF guy with Crimea and all , what I am asking is if those central banks are problem I am pretty sure he would have removed them?
