weight loss after anorexiaI would try to avoid paying attention to your calories and maybe instead focus on like protein/iron/vitamin goals instead? Like maybe focus on eating three types a greens a day or whatever.. that might be less triggering with similar results! Goodluck!! | /r/RedPillWomen | 04/01/26 01:11 AM
weight loss after anorexiaI think this is a super hard topic for many. Your maintenance calories could be someone else’s weight loss cals ya know? For me, when I am actively trying to lose weight I focus more on cutting out processed foods, snacking through out the day, and of course keeping my calories at no more than 1500. Just don’t push yourself too hard or make your goal about weight itself. Focus maybe on a size goal like wanting to fit into a size or medium etc. I know all that is a lot easier said than done | /r/RedPillWomen | 04/01/26 01:02 AM
Blocked by my match everywhere after a deep conversation, I feel really shakenDon’t blame yourself for a week long chat fling. You hardly invested any time into that and it’s only upsetting you because it feels like rejection. You probably would’ve broken it off with him eventually had it gotten more serious due to his sexual “pushing” I would follow the above persons advice though and not mention any redpill stuff or even past relationships unless he ask directly. Don’t feel shaken by this just be more casual in the talking stage, it’s supposed to be fun and flirty. Yes … | /r/RedPillWomen | 27/09/25 12:14 PM
Favorite fiction books? Favorite authors?I’m obsessed with historical romance. Lisa kleypas has devil in winter, marrying winterbourne, and chasing Cassandra which I thought was really great. All of those were wonderful. There was also A Week to be Wicked but I can’t remember who wrote it, a bit feminist but the most feminist a historical romance can usually get is by saying women should vote lol There are many others. Harper St. George does some good ones. Recently read Duke of sin and it was ok, not as good as I’d hoped. Lord of scou… | /r/RedPillWomen | 17/07/25 12:03 PM

OP, a lot of people here are saying “leave him!” Which isn’t really what I thought we did in this subreddit… I would also remember that you made VOWS. What would’ve happened if his member got blown off in some sort of insane accident? I understand the situation isn’t “exactly” the same buuuuut… what’s the saying about women in the department store. | 1 | Are pets a dealbreaker if you're not a pet personI’m gonna go on a different branch and say while you don’t love or seem to enjoy dogs, if you do love him I would not voice this issue. The dog is short term, most live to be like 10 at the maximum depending on the size. Idk how old the dogs are. Also the dog is excited because you don’t live there. If you lived there the excitement would die down and it would start to just ignore you. He obviously does love dogs. | 2 | No flowers for ValentinesYou’re welcome! I hope you get it all worked out mentally. One of the hardest parts about healthy relationships is learning what to bring up when it bothers you and learning to stfu about stuff that’s really just ourversion of an issue. I would def not bring up your disappointment with this years lack of flowers, but next year or next time your anniversary comes around begin saying things like, “Oh that bouquet you got me two years ago was so beautiful. | 3 | Can someone please tell me a “on the brink of divorce but now everything is great” story?I’ve never been on the brink and my relationship is fresh (5years total) but I do listen to dr. Laura’s deep dive podcast which I find helpful, and I always recommend her books. She narrates her own Proper Care and Feeding of husbands and I NEVER get tired of listening to it! I wish she narrated her other books because her voice/delivery is so so great. Not everything she says in podcast is perfect but I’ve really never found her advice to be wrong so far. | 10 | I feel rejected, my bf told me "I don't think I can just keep paying for everything", how do I deal with this situation?I agree with this but it also seems like he was offering to pay for things before without her asking and then he would end up asking her for money after the fact, so I find that to be a slightly different situation than her being like “I want this buy it.” It feels more that it’s him saying “Oh you think a vacation sounds good? Yeah I’ll take us on one!” She offered him money after that toward the trip and then he declined her offer. | 31 | I feel rejected, my bf told me "I don't think I can just keep paying for everything", how do I deal with this situation? This is a complex situation as he is your boss. Does he own the company you work at? I think I would simply back away a bit from the situation and maybe think if there were any previous moments he may have expressed discomfort paying for things that you could’ve missed. You pay for your own living expenses and such, so I don’t think expecting him to buy you gifts that he originally agreed upon is bad. That’s like if you were to say, I made you a home cooked meal! | 4 | How do I get my husband to help more with baby careYou definitely will. Some advice I have as your baby ages is to encourage independent play if possible. My toddler had a toddler tower I purchased pretty early so she’s always been able to be up at the counter cooking with me. I’ve kept our house extremely accessible so she’s never really been closed off from any space. Up until very recently (I had a new baby) she was seriously so independent. | 5 | How do I get my husband to help more with baby careGreat comments here already but I thought id chime in! We have a 4mo and a toddler. It can be incredibly hard the first few months. With my first and even now I took on almost all baby responsibilities. My husband would’ve helped had I asked but I could tell and still can tell when he is out of his element. He now handles the toddler more confidently. With our first things really got better and less “mama” focused around 10-11months. Needless to say I was heart broken and did major soul searching… then I met my husband like five months later. | 28 | Women do really become invisible when their youth and beauty are gone. Thoughts on this?My grandma met her first husband in the nursing home (had my grandpa with a sailor.) She was in her 80’s and he was visiting his friend. He met her and said, “I have to marry you!” They got married and he died when she was in her late 80’s. She lived to be 98!! | 2 | I'm sooooooooo tiredHi! Reversing what was mentioned earlier about a “man cave” is there perhaps a way you can make a space for your boys to play/be messy away from the home space?? I have a 2yo and a 4mo (this is a trying time for us too.) we also just moved. It’s been insane. One of the ways I’ve mitigated messes and just general mind clutter is keeping my 2yo visually impairing toys upstairs and out of our main area. | 2 | Cleanliness and respectThanks! It might not be ideal for people who get really overwhelmed by housework though, or if someone has a partner who is really picky about the smaller details like ironing or whatever. I really just see our task as each of us taking on our own household responsibilities. I was raised with a women handling housework mentality though, so again this could be really hard for someone who didn’t get that in their childhood upbringing😅 | /r/RedPillWomen | 02/01/25 04:52 PM |

I was like uhhh okay and lived with it. I stopped taking the shot around a year later and I didn’t lose the weight until I caught the flu at 20yo. I went from like 150 back to 111 and in college it was insane. People were nicer, I felt great. It was awesome. Well I ended up not being smart and got the depo shot again sometime around 22. | 1 | What is the correct response to when this happens?I don’t think you’ll have to do it more than a few times. Eventually he will make it a habit to remember and since he will look forward to the dates he will remember more on his own. Once he starts taking more initiative with it, he will just add it to his mental process…. Although, that depends on your man. I know my husbands weaknesses, or rather the faults I have with him. | 2 | What is the correct response to when this happens?Yes. It’s like a trap if you wait and wait to see if he’s gonna remember. You’re testing him and in a way instigating your own disappointment. | 17 | Is he a narcissist or am I overreactingHonestly this sounds like you are a horrible judge of character. You had several “friends” that slept with someone they knew you were with or at the minimum liked?? You continued to bring this man around people in your life despite knowing he had no respect for you?? Even if he is a narcissist, you accepted that behavior from your “friends” and from him. You need to care about yourself more and cut ties from the people that surround you, they clearly don’t care for you at all. | /r/RedPillWomen | 21/09/24 01:29 PM |
What is the correct response to when this happens? This. I feel that the reminder is gentle. Maybe even ask, “What should I wear on our date this weekend? Something sexy or cute?” Etc… a reminder that isn’t like “DONT FORGET YOU SAID WE WERE GOING ON A DATE!!!!!!!” Also making the date something he looks forward to, that way he cares just as much. Some men aren’t “date” guys. They see other outings or events as just as special. My husband isn’t a “date” guy but we go play pool sometimes, or we try restaurants. | – | What self work can I do?Love yourself first. You cannot expect a healthy person to love you if you don’t even love yourself and you cannot expect anyone to believe you love them if you don’t love yourself. Start with what you can worth on at a surface level that will improve your self worth. I started by doing small amounts of (YouTube) Pilates and cardio. | 5 | Am I doing something wrong?I’ve actually grown up and lived in rural areas until I was an adult. So I do know quite a bit about this dilemma. I just don’t use the internet for meeting people. I stand by the idea that if she isn’t having luck online than trying in person is better. She could go out to events in nearby cities, she could try and attend events through her friends. | 9 | Am I doing something wrong?I would not depend on the Internet and “dms” for dating. It seems like you would have better luck going out in person and meeting someone. If there is a nearby upscale bar or place like a marina you could try and meet someone there! | 4 | single mother by choice?I don’t want to be an AH here but realistically the health issues that can stem from a 40+ birth could also pose more issues later on. You have increased risk for lots of things and raising a baby with disabilities by yourself seems extremely hard. Are you considering adoption or a surrogacy? | 2 | Taking care of your appearance when you’re a screen-free stay at home mom to toddlers?I would definitely just do the dark blonde or light brown just for men’s, let it sit for 3-4 minutes and then stop. I did dark brown from my first time and i went the full 5minutes…. It was NOT a good look. It only lasted around two weeks though! | 3 | Started reading "The Proper Care & Feeding of Husbands" and feeling heartbroken and dejected - advice on getting my needs met?I apologize for assuming the nationality! Are your finances not combined, as you’re married?? If you’re pulling from your own account, can you discuss how you’d like him to contribute financially toward the baby stuff? Finances are so different for each family, I find this hard to navigate myself tbh. Honestly I was in a similar boat at first because I never said, “Can I have your card so I can pay for this?” Once I asked, my husband said yes. This made me feel a bit less like the whole process … | /r/RedPillWomen | 10/04/24 12:13 AM
Started reading "The Proper Care & Feeding of Husbands" and feeling heartbroken and dejected - advice on getting my needs met?Hello. As a pregnant person and STM I can give you some of my thoughts. Firstly it is upsetting about the sex I’m sure but really some men aren’t comfortable with the baby inside while they’re doing stuff. It’s truly luck of the draw with men on that I feel. Have you discussed it with him or asked what about the pregnancy is turning him off? My husband is a great father and didn’t care one lick about any of the baby prep. I handled registry, items, because it was my job. I saw it as my task. Btw… | /r/RedPillWomen | 09/04/24 05:49 PM

Living with boyfriend: need ideas for sexy loungewearGod. I’m rocking a giant 90’s style mini mouse shirt that says, “Another Beautiful Morning.” Usually I’m much cuter, but my frugal self can’t come around to buying pregnancy sized slips (I’m usually a size small to medium but now I’m basically an XL to accommodate only belly.) The great news about husbands is that often times the most alluring thing you can do is cater to their needs, and then they’ll even find your oversized pajama shirt sexy too 🥹😅 | /r/RedPillWomen | 07/04/24 03:16 PM
Living with boyfriend: need ideas for sexy loungewearI think the silky slip house dresses with a nice robe are classy. They look appealing, but if god forbid the door needs to be opened, you’re not on full display for everyone. It’s important to me as a parent that my kid can’t just see the goods, but you have to keep the magic alive and I am a stickler (outside of pregnancy) for trying to always be ready/look nice | /r/RedPillWomen | 07/04/24 10:21 AM

I can't help but feel lied to by Red Pillers. Help me understand?I don’t think all men are like this. Most the men I’ve dated in the past, and my now husband, all avoid social media. My sisters current boyfriend follows lots of women his age but he’s also always posting about my sister and doesn’t engage with others content. I think it’s the age difference, as he is 24 and my husband is 35. Most men over 30 seem to have less interest in the social media vs younger under 30. | /r/RedPillWomen | 03/04/24 09:16 AM
Is excessive flattery inherently manipulative?I think it depends on the person. Everyone has a different love language, really love gifts (giving them and getting them!) and actions, while my husbands love language falls more under actions and words of affirmation. Because of this my husband is more vocal with praise which is sometimes stressful to me. I think issues arise when he wants more verbal praise and I simply forget to do that. I think you HAVE to go do things like the stuff you mention to meet men, but in general men are uncomfortable approaching women now. | 2 | Ladies I need supportI think you need to firstly accept that feelings/tensions will be high due to lack of sleep regardless of how things are handled. The best thing to do is be upfront with your husband about your feelings. I had to start sleeping with clothes. First step to keeping the baby away from the twins. Also I told my husband upfront what to expect, how long it would take, and how we may be really frustrated with the loss of sleep. | 4 | Do most conventionally attractive/professionally successful men cheat? Is there any sign that they would or wouldn't?In regards to this, I believe women cheat less because they have more to lose. Catching a severe STD or having a baby with your “side piece” is much more problematic as a woman, imo. Also she plays a role in this, possibly. | 4 | What are your easiest "hacks" for appearing feminine on the daily?Tint your eyebrows so they always look colored! I use just for men beard dye. Always do your skincare routine and then sunscreen and tinted moisturizer. The tinted moisturizer will make a huge difference in look naturally put together. Tint your lashes for a natural dark lash without mascara. I only say the tinting because it’s something you only do once every three weeks or so and it looks good when you’re at home or out or when you’re sleepy! I recently had a baby and I’m trying to get back in… | /r/RedPillWomen | 28/11/22 11:22 AM
Trying to be a traditional woman after having grown up without a motherI would look at Keto recipes! It sounds like that’s his focus diet. I would also make sure if he is doing a Leto diet you know his schedule for it because sometimes he will maybe have specific cheat days? If he does I’d see what he prefers to eat on those days. Investments In learning to cook that I’ve made are ONLY buying sale items (meats and veggies etc.) and seeing what I can make from that. I feel this has improved my pallet immensely and helped me find which flavors go with what! Also if y… | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/11/22 12:06 PM
What are some habits that a 15 y/o girl can form to become a better woman in the future?Skincare is of upmost importance! Cut fake sugars from your diet if possible (no sodas etc etc.) I would try to start a good skincare regimen. I WISH I would’ve started tret or a retina product when I was 18! Practice yoga and be mindful of your body. You can have any man you want with a great attitude and a focus on your health! Don’t worry about your “looks” short term, focus on what you can do to make your skin/joints/muscles last long term.. I would recommend heavy make up as it only deters … | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/11/22 11:34 AM
Losing weight in order to secure a better future? My now husband and I met four years ago. I was 160lbs and 5’2… kind of heavier looking. I was a wreck. I basically was drinking from 6am to 3am everyday and I was miserable. I met him and I KNEW I couldn’t be this person anymore. I asked him if he would ever date me etc etc.. and he was upfront and said no. He said no woman should spend their early 20’s feeling badly about themself. He said he loved my personality and could see me as a great friend, but he was looking to settle down with someone… | /r/RedPillWomen | 21/11/22 05:36 PM
Every other thing we talk about turns into an argument. It wasn’t like this before, how do I fix it?I hate putting the blame on outlying factors but perhaps once you find a new job it’ll help ease some financial stressors? More importantly is maybe now that it’s colder you both should put health and mental health as a focus! Have you made him his favorite winter meal yet? Or something hearty and warming? Did he ever say why he was going to respond like that anyway? I would try to do something kind for him and unexpected.. perhaps jotting down 100 reasons why you love him/respect him/ support h… | /r/RedPillWomen | 21/11/22 05:24 PM

Tea Time27, married 2 together 3 1/2! Today I started writing the things I was grateful for my husband for down in my notes! I saw it suggested on another subreddit and it’s really very nice. I’ve also started taking collagen supplements and this entire weak I drank a cup of bone broth each morning. I’ve read it’s good for skin and hair etc etc… I also am super thankful because I’ve finally hit my weight goal after having a baby almost 8 months ago. I’m now 115lbs! I have been dieting the best I can (I’… | /r/RedPillWives | 20/11/22 09:57 PM
HelpIs it possible to hire someone to come do a regular clean once a month? And then just minimize a bit into a lifestyle that’s easier to keep tidy?? We live by the 1 plate, one spoon, one bowl etc per person! So we never have dishes laying around or anything. We only have hardwood because I CANNOT imagine a world where I have to vacuum all the time! Some other tips would be having a set day once a month where you declutter, then downloading an App like TODY that helps keep track of what chores nee… | /r/RedPillWomen | 20/11/22 03:05 PM
