Divorce lawyers are truly scum of the earth!!! My lawyer and my ex wife’s were just both rotten humans. My ex went silver bullet. My lawyer wasn’t very good to me. It was a terrible experience. The two lawyers were friends and each one would sit on paperwork for days the whole time charging us just racking up the hourly charges. One statement showed where my lawyer charged $125 for reading an email I sent. Another $125 for doing research on said email and another $125 for responding to it. $375 …

Lost mine. Was working out of town after we separated and was still wearing it now and then but lost it. She told my daughters that she pawned the engagement ring I bought for her.

It’s hard for me to even look at my ex in the eyes. She’s still attractive physically I suppose. Maybe even more so now as she was a college golfer and her new future husband is a golf pro so the two of them play a lot of golf but it’s hard for me to notice. I can’t stand the site of her. I avoid any contact I can with her in person and try to only communicate over text. After all the things she did to me I just can’t look at her anymore.

I had the opposite happen. I, who pay child support, was laid off. Was off work for 2 months. I pay a lot in child support. My ex told me to not worry about it until I got a new job. Well, saw my attorney and she said she could write up an amended child support agreement but I needed to make all the back child support payments. Had to cash out my 20 year pension to make the payment. My lawyer and I thought my ex would give me a little break but should have known better. She asked for every penny…

Lost mine while still married. Bought a replacement and lost it as well. Maybe that was a sign?

How in the hell did she get a $17,000 tax return making $105,000? I have 3 kids and claim zero dependents and have never come close to that size of a return. That’s both when my salary was more than $105,000 and when it was less than $105,000. I’m asking to see what I can do that I’m not to get that kind of return. Is she paying more into federal withholding per check? Claiming zero dependents plus adding $500 per check towards federal withholding?

This played a huge issue in my marriage. She’d say “well if you helped more around here with laundry, giving the girls baths and other chores I’d find that sexy.” Did all the above and she still denied me sex. The only way we had it is if I asked her a day or more in advance and she was able to plan for it. Then when the girls got to bed I’d get an eggplant emoji letting me know it was time. Never was sex spontaneous. I told her several times we were like roommates that were just raising kids to…

This! My ex isn’t even remotely close to the person I married. She changed her politics, belief system and everything else about her. She want from putting out children 1st and her family a very close second to putting her new boyfriend (who I’ve known for years and can’t stand) before all of them. She doesn’t have a good relationship with her mom, our daughters would rather be with me and she doesn’t care. She’s just not a good person anymore and the woman I married was an awesome person. I mad…

Dude! Your “friend?” Fuck that guy! He’s a piece of shit! I can’t imagine if one of my buddies would have slept with my ex. That guy is no friend so stop calling him that. Listen to No More Mr. Nice Guy and I’m sure there are other books guys can recommend. Stop fawning over her. She was your first but she sure as shit won’t be your last and I’d get tested for STD’s because who knows who else’s dick she’s been playing with if she played with your best friends. That’s disgusting they did it on a …

Yes! I was really nice to a couple of ladies I dated post divorce and things didn’t work out. Just made me not care if I date anyone ever again. Staying single and keeping my sanity sounds much better. Also reading No More Mr. Nice Guy at the moment.

Wish I had the answer. My ex mother in law bashes me to my girls every time she can about anything she can. Told my ex what she’s doing is wrong and she said I’ll talk to her but you know my mom. I doubt she listens. My ex mother in law is the stereo type from tv shows and movies. An absolute nightmare. My oldest even told her that when she says things to them to try and hurt me it hurts her but that didn’t stop her. She’s such an awful woman who even after all this I tried helping get a job on …

I get so bummed by about this time on Monday afternoon. They wake up with me mondays and my dad, who’s retired, takes them to school since I have to start work by the time I’d get home from drop offs. I know that school is letting out soon and they will be with their mom for the next several days. I get a couple of week nights besides every other weekend, but it isn’t enough for me. Being a parent shouldn’t feel like being the cool uncle. I miss my daughters and I know they miss me when we aren’…

Man it took me two years to get to that phase. Just recently arrived. Was constantly thinking of only the good memories and ignoring how she treated me like absolute dog shit for the last few years. I can’t stand to even look at her now as all I see is a fake ass bitch who became the exact person she cried about saying she didn’t want to become on her 30th bday (her mother). I wish I had so many moments back where she made me feel like a piece of shit and not only said nothing but would apologiz…
