I did read it. In first paper, for instance, they don't actually define clitoral stimulation anywhere. It's impossible to tell but it's very likely it did not exclude incidental clitoral stimulation from missionary/on top because that's basically impossible to avoid. You'd have to run some study where everyone did doggy or something.

That all depends on what you call "clitoral stimulation" though, doesn't it? Does that mean deliberate i.e. with a vibe or fingers, or does it include just contact with the pubis mons? I can orgasm during missionary and on top because my clitoris makes contact with the guy's pubis mons during sex. But not doggy, because it doesn't. It all depends on how you define it. I think they probably meant with fingers/vibe in this study, but that doesn't mean no clitoral stimulation was happening during P…

It stands for number. Number and count are sufficiently synonyms in this case. Technically a count is the same as a natural number, though. Both together is kind of silly.

Yup! In fact when we met he had me fill out a survey about my prior sexual experience - before sex. Lol. (He works in public health, he had it laying around for work - the survey was to be taken by high school students). He knows EVERYTHING.

Not OP, but I'm the same as her. My ex from high school married a virgin. My husband married me. (n count 50). Guess which guy has the better sex life? Turns out the girl my ex married was a virgin because she didn't want sex - ever. They're divorced now because it. He periodically sends me long emails where he tells me I was his first love and he'll never get over me. My husband, on the other hand, gets a blowjob every morning. You tell me which one is probably happier.

I think it's probably bad faith to assume AWALT means literally all. People probably believe something more like a large majority are like that. Just how when people say "men are violent" they don't mean every man is more violent than every woman, just that men are more violent than average.

I know two men that meet this criteria. One is reasonably intelligent and earns pretty good money too. He's morbidly obese though. The other one is balding, overweight, and unfortunately has a pretty bad case of dyslexia which makes him seem illiterate even though he's actually very smart and well read.

having a very close contact with the extended family is something that should come back, as it would relieve the burden on the parents while creating closer family bonds. it really does take a village to raise kids. Ugh, no. People don't like living with their in-laws. I married my husband, not his mother. He married me, not my mother. If either of us had to spend significant time with each other's family I don't think we could stay married. Them visiting once a year is bad enough already! I was…

This is why all religions value it so much for the sake of order. This is because there was no birth control. No such thing as a paternity test. We've shed old values simply because we don't need them anymore, we've solved them with technology. Okay, not entirely, but to a large extent. You can't put this cat back in the bag and even if you could why would you want to? EVERYONE likes being able to have sex and not produce a baby out of it every single time. EVERYONE. Its easy to work on personality, I mean - no, it's not. I think that's the hardest thing to work on. There's no plastic surgery or orthodontics or expensive clothing for your brain. There are limits of course, but to a certain extent you can buy good looks. You can't buy a personality.

You nailed it. I think this is fake, but there's a reason in every romance book the book stops at the beginning of the relationship. The hot part of the relationship is the build up and the beginning. Stability always gets boring. ALWAYS. It doesn't matter how attracted you were in the beginning. Life isn't a romance novel, marriage is for having kids, and even if it starts out super hot there will be large swaths of your marriage that feels like and is in fact staying together for the kids. I can think of at least one cases like this. My ex married a virgin. Turns out she had vaginismus, wasn't attracted to him, and didn't want to have sex - ever. But I agree I don't think it's that common except perhaps in the case of arranged marriages. In the West with love marriages, I think it's probably pretty damn rare.

I think it's a fairly common fantasy, at least, there's a substantial number of romance books in that genre on Kindle anyway: https://www.amazon.co.uk/s?k=reverse+harem+romance That said, you're correct that love triangle is the more common fantasy scenario.

Ah, I should have clarified, you should have the hot sexy fun time first with her before having the kids. We did that for a few years before having one. Then some boring maintenance sex, then the hot sex again, second kid and some more boring maintenance sex, then the hot sex again. And finally, I'm 35 and have hit the wall so other men aren't interested in me so I can't stray. I think any woman who wants kids should probably forgo. Their peers will likely humiliate them when they find out. She should also be prepared for her parents to react negatively. That implies they do find out. I did porn when I was 18. Link rot has gotten to almost all of it. By the time my kids are old enough to look for porn it's extremely unlikely they'll come across any of it organically; there's just SO MUCH porn out there and mine is almost gone. Negging doesn't mean saying something negative about a person in any context. It means giving backhanded compliments to a person in order to *attract* them. Just FYI. To digress, I don't really think it works, on either sex. You don't want to come on too strong, as that's a turn off, so some guys had this idea that the opposite was good - insulting women - but that doesn't really work either. It has an actual, academic definition. The problem is the manosphere basically stole the term from academia where it was mainly used to describe marriage patterns along social caste in India and decided it meant something else (Although I'm not actually sure what, because it's so muddled.)

Simple. They don't know the definition of hypergamy. It means marrying someone of higher social class. I'm not sure how RP defines it but it seems like it's all over the place. The way you've defined it, I'm not even sure what you mean by hypergamy here. It seems to be branch swinging maybe? Both men and women are trying to get the best mate they can get. Context: I've deflowered a lot of men. Some of the *best* guys in bed I've had were virgins that had dated a virgin before me. Because they weren't allowed to do PIV, they got really good with their tongue and fingers, because that was allowed. Virgins that hadn't had a girlfriend before were completely useless, like truly awful. They really need to be trained by someone else first, else they're not worth bothering with. :)

Yes, n-count obsession is beta psychology. The guys on here are all either incels (gammas) or betas. They don't understand that being alpha means not giving a shit if a girl has a high n count because you aren't WIFEING HER SO IT DOESN'T MATTER. n-count matters if you are a beta and are going to wife her. It does not matter if she's a plate you are spinning.

I do not have children, yet. However, I am positive that a planned parenthood is one of the most fulfilling things a human being can do. That's what I thought, then I actually had kids. It turns out they're more time filling than FULfilling. At least for me. I'm not saying that isn't helpful for some. How so? Men hate bullshit. They don't appreciate women playing games. I really think women are hurting themselves by playing hard to get. Men like sex, so if you will enjoy having sex with one, they'll enjoy having sex with you, and you keep on like that, *bam* that's a relationship. You don't have to pretend to not like sex to get a man, that's the opposite of how that works. If anything you will push him away. Oh, it's definitely part of male psychology. It's just that it doesn't make sense to be part of RP psychology tips. It's very much "beta" psychology, not "alpha." For a beta, it makes sense to be jealous, mate guard, provide for your woman, and do the monogamy thing. Alphas are about having lots of casual sex, that's what RP is trying to teach you. Being worried you aren't going to "measure up" to other men in a women's past is only going to inhibit you. It's having one foot in the wrong door.

That's your personal preference, and that's fine. What's not fine is shaming people for being different than you. You've taken your personal preference and framed it in terms of moral superiority. Your hookups didn't string you along. You both knew that the encounters were going to be 100% casual and nobody sent mixed signals. This was pretty much true; I never expected anything from hookups. Agreed. I think the term "real" man or woman is probably always going to be fraught. It's an idealisation of certain traits associated with a gender; how is that every going to not be problematic? What if a man is a great stay at home dad, is he not a real man? What if a woman is great provider for her family, is she not a real woman? You realize you can be socially satisfied without being in a relationship? You know, like having a sense of intimacy, community, connection, etc. with friends? Yes, of course. But you're wrong that happiness comes from "who you are." Humans are social animals. We can't be who we are alone. How can you be "a good person" except in relation to other people? Our happiness is, in fact, defined by our relationships with others.

In my experience it's a U shaped curve. Novelty makes it more exciting, then there's a dip where you've lost the novelty, but the sex hasn't gotten better with practice / training yet. Then it picks up again as you get better at having sex with each other. The problem is that it takes a long time for a guy to get better, so a lot of times you spend a lot of time at the bottom of the U going "this sucks" and you don't necessarily make it out of there.

Lol like marriage magically makes you immune to other people's sexual attractiveness. I have news for you. Humans don't work like that. I'm married, and I'm married because I wanted kids and I think a two parent household is the best way to raise them. And I'm faithful, but that doesn't mean I've never looked at another person sexually in the last 10 years. I look. I just don't act.

When I was younger I had a ton of casual sex, but the people I had sex with largely weren't any more attractive than the man I married. Most of them were uglier, in fact - which is why they were one night stands and didn't turn into relationships. When I met my husband, I thought he was really attractive, so much so I actually IMed a friend about it - I never did that with any of my one night stands, that's for sure!

He's told me he really doesn't understand this whole incel thing because, his words, he's unattractive and nerdy and has no problems. His wife looks like a troll, you just have to have low standards and you can clean up. Some of his girlfriends aren't so bad. Also, BDSM porn is more popular among girls on tumblr where they can freely share porn than it is even among men, and BDSM in general is way more popular with women than men. Go check the wikipedia page on 'female submission'. Women are more interested in submission and masochism than men are. They aren't more interested in BDSM as a whole - the D and S stand for dominance and sadism, which men are more interested in than women. There is not often much overlap between improving oneself and improving your opportunities with women. It sounds like you're trying to maximise quantity over quality. If you invest more in yourself, you'll have less time to meet a large number of women for casual hook ups, but if you invest more time in yourself, in the time you do have you'll be able to attract higher quality women who you might enjoy keeping around you for longer, without having to constantly be attracting more women. Women are more interested in people than men are, on average. A lower level of interest in people likely contributes to this. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19883140/

This is true, but it also turns out that autistic women are under-diagnosed. Part of this is because women desire social interaction more, and so this helps compensate for their deficiencies in social communication. So I think autism, yes, but also just a lower level of interest in other people. That women are more interested in people is a well established finding in the psychological literature: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19883140/

If you're worried about getting separated after having children, doing it outside of marriage has an even worse track record. Unmarried fathers are far more likely to separate and end up paying child support than married ones.

Can be, sure, but personally I think the the two parent family with full siblings is superior to having a string of kids with different women/men. To each their own, I guess. Personally I'd never have kids outside of marriage, seems like a bad way to do it.

How do figure that? The divorce rate isn't even high enough for that. If the divorce rate is 50%, saying that 50% of all men are divorced dads implies that 100% of all men are married with kids.

For real though, I don't actually begrudge anyone singlehood and childlessness. When I was 20 I was childfree and didn't want commitment either. I have adult friends that stayed that way too and are happy, but a lot of them changed their mind. Random sex with hos just gets less appealing when you're older and less horny. Hard to imagine, I know.

Yes, but the point is that it's *unconscious.* Even if you KNOW she isn't pregnant with some other guy's baby, you still might be turned off. If someone handed you a bug and told you to eat it and that it was perfectly safe, would that make you less disgusted to eat it? Human visceral reactions aren't under conscious control, at least not entirely. It's kind of up to a guy to think about his disgust reaction and work through it - or not.

"Dealbreaker" implies it's binary. Sexual compatibility, like many traits, is on a bell curve. I didn't pick top 5th percentile but I didn't pick bottom 5th percentile either. Intelligence, income, dominance, looks, personality, all of those factor in. And love too, although of course love is sort of the unconscious integration of a lot of those things!

It's very easy to find someone who will sleep with you who doesn't really like or respect you, or value you beyond your body. I think sleeping with such a person is damaging, or at least has been in my experience / what I've observed. So I do believe in that aspect of the FDS world. a lot of them hate kids Or at the very least, feel ambivalent about them. It turns out that not wanting to murder your live children is not the same thing as liking kids. , I dont believe the idea of romance has persisted long in humans. Pairs have only stayed together as long as was necessary. Keeping a mate would be the natural response when mates are rare. You're forgetting children, here. Conservative women don't like feeling like they're on a meat market because they're often religious and sex negative, nor do liberal ones, because they're feminist. Pretending to make friends in order to find women is creepy. Forming and having genuine social relationships with people who you aren't sexually interested in signals to women that you are not creepy. That's not specifically secular though; you're talking about maybe the common cultural concept of love, which isn't particularly secular.
