Sure! First thing, I want to point out what you said about this wink gesture being nothing more than a simple courtesy. I do not believe our culture (at least in America) considers a wink a simple courtesy. It's the implication it implies that is so offensive to the woman. She could have just politely asked him to stop sending them if it's a professional environment. If she doesn't feel comfortable standing up to him, she very well could go to the person above him and just let his boss know he's making you feel uncomfortable. Unreasonable people =(
