1	Professional Skin Care for Men When I had it in high school it made my lips so dry and brokenly cracked that I was still not a good looking guy. Full on thick layers of lip skin ripping off and bleeding, and nothing I tried combated it. It also led to some levels of depression, but that might just have been teenage hormones. 1	Bold and Determined Article, "The Iron" By Henry Rollins. Amazing short read about lifting. Should be read by all. Another very good piece by Rollins This one spoke to me as a guy who grew up awkward and nerdy. Stumbling on it a while back gave me a new perspective, that really primed me for the self-improvement I began some months later.
