She wasn't on the lease and was not contributing financially. It's a pretty cut and dry case. She could try to file the suit but that is as far as it would get. She broke her duty of care and it was reasonably foreseeable that he could have been hurt by her actions. The guy also lived up to the standard of care. What would another person do in this situation? Many would have caused physical harm to the girlfriend or cheating friend. 15	Why are so many young women today proud of being fatties? We should encourage fat shaming. If they say you are shallow because you like a trait that women have control over tell them to go fuck themselves. Women turn down men all the time for being too short, or because they are going bald, or are too hairy and most people see that as fine.
