Now let's see the girls opinions on boys

I literally just did. The skill required to recognize when someone likes you. That's like the whole trope, women think they are being obvious in their signals, and men just miss them because it's not as obvious to men as women think. Men don't communicate with each other like that, men are extremely direct, so that's why it's not obvious to us. That's clearly not true, plenty of women are looking for friendships and want to talk to you but they don't want to date you. like isn't that like a whol…

I'm talking about the particular skills required for this context, not social skills in general. Hanging out with the boys isn't the same social skills as dating. Yes but the point is that its not always obvious when someone likes you. Most women avoid being direct about it. So learning how to recognize that is what I'm talking about.

Think of "approach" as the social skills required to develop a relationship from a casual or friendly one into a romantic one. Women don't have to think about this very much because I've noticed women seemingly prefer to think of this process as something that just naturally happens, as something that they simply don't resist happening. But from the male perspective it takes a lot of social skills that need to be developed to do this successfully and learning this is very confusing for young men…

Yes, they probably found that suspicious. It's unusual behavior for a woman. I've experienced it myself, so I know it happens, but it's not the norm.

That's not what the transaction is. It's not trading sex for sex. Women trade sex for resources and security. Men understand this, but it's also why men complain about dead bedrooms in marriages because women don't really have any obligations to uphold their end of the transaction and will shame men for getting upset about that. Most men would be delighted to feel like the object of desire occasionally, but we know that it requires genetic luck, social status, or wealth.

Oh right, whats the script again? "No sweaty you're unique and a beautiful princess there's no one else like you I will spend the rest of my life devoted to you alone fulfilling your every desire" Better? Women who fall for that bs are only kidding themselves

And does it matter? I can assure you that successful men don't give af if you think he has red flags, he still has plenty of options. And that's what men want, having plenty of options. This is the heart of the discussion, women give advice based on what they wish was true, while men give advice based on reality

Right cause rich handsome men have such a hard time attracting women 🙄

I don't think that logically follows. A woman simply selects from a list of options with little effort required on her part. An average man has to put in significant effort to prove his value in order to be selected. There is a difference in the amount of work required, so it's not just as easy both ways.

You're getting disagreement in the replies but you are correct. I've noticed this too that even among people that consider themselves liberal or progressive, the majority are still very conservative when it comes to sex and dating. Particularly when it comes to monogamy and male gender roles.

Or consider this, Islam is a hateful religion AND Israel is commiting genocide. One does not justify the other in either case.

And unfortunately many men take advantage of this by pretending to be the ideal man that women want and copying the behaviors that they think will get a positive response. But it's just a game to manipulate and abuse victims, and women end up hurt and confused. The other side is men who end up lonely and miserable their entire lives because they never learn how to put effort into a relationship. I think the first step towards improving the situation is just being completely honest with each othe…

And this is exactly why I believe there exists so much resentment between men and women right now. We were both lied to when we were growing up about what the other gender was like. And now that the discourse is out in the open, the veil has been lifted a bit and everyone is ending up disappointed that they are not finding the partners they expected. Women were lied to through romance stories and told men would be 100% devoted to them and never feel desire for another woman. And Men were told th…

This is exactly it. Older women see younger women get more attention and then get jealous and shame the men for liking the younger women. They will say things like "I could never imagine dating someone that young there must be something wrong with you if thats what you want" okay but like I could never see myself dating a man and I don't go around shaming people who do.

Yes really. Read The Handbook by Epictetus if you want to keep it philosophical. He was a literal slave. Happiness comes from not stressing about things that are outside of your control.

No I don't need to make myself a doormat to get laid. I would never want to date a woman who has the FDS attitude either it's not worth it. I date women who respect me and I respect them back like adults.

It's literally the opposite of confirmation bias. I was super blue pilled in high school and then life experience changed my perspective over time

I feel really bad for the guys who are too afraid to go out into the real world and get lots of experience with women so instead they think they can learn about how women work by spending all their time reading/discussing TRP theories on the internet. Those guys are essentially brainwashing themselves into inceldom. You see the funny thing is... the more experience I've had with women, the more TRP becomes obvious. I've had plenty of partners with many different personalities and it's exactly th…
