l’m well aware it could have been either direct or indirect. Her words: “it’s too sad”. Take what you want out of that. But I’m asking for help shaking the damage, not for root causing the source of the damage. This situation was avoidable (don’t cry about a parent dying folks), but this is the situation I am currently sitting on. This is the piece on the game board I am on, and I can’t hit reset. I don’t care that she’s not in my life after -I care about progressing forward and fixing the state…

Again, have read the sidebar. And i disagree. I’ve been successful at this with really attractive women. Had relationships and one night stands with them as well. The fact that this issue can arise with a girl that isn’t nearly as attractive, while not arising with a girl that is way more attractive, invalidates the direction you’re trying to take this.

If her and her boyfriend broke up, i could easily come in and steal her. She’s given a lot of interest to me, and she’s way more invested than i am. At parties where her boyfriend is there, she hovers near me and she’s been the one to ask for my number and request me on multiple forms of social media. Only met her a 2-3 times and the last time i saw her was like 6 months ago

Thanks for the advice. I’ll check out that forum. Was thinking of sending something that basically says “hah one of us finally sent the request”, which subtly communicates “hah i know something going on here” how would you separate an orbiter candidate from a guy that a girl would genuinely fuck or ditch her boyfriend for?
