It depends on the state and the severity of the incident. They also factor in if you leave the scene of the accident, try to hide the crime. It can range from manslaughter to vehicular homicide. My point though is you are still held responsible for your decisions.

Most people I know have been blackout drunk at ao.e point and time and looked completely fine but have zero recollection of their actions the next day. Hell it happened to me like two days ago. You fail to see the fact that what I said already is the law. If you are drunk, drive and kill a kid them you will go to jail because you made those decisions... so if you are drunk and give consent to see then that decision should also be valid. Barring something predatory like intentionally taking advantage of an obviously drunk person (like you are describing with the ridiculous contract example) there should be no legal ramifications.

No one said whites don't do it, but it's not an epidemic. I have a hard time talking about this but this... but I was a victim of a fucking horrible M.S.T. attack. I wish I could find it but the guy who made the movie got the licence for the movie and made it the way he did pourpously to go against the message of the book. He disagrees with the message of the book so he made the movie as far away from book as possible.

I can watch the movie and enjoy it as a stand alone. That being said I still take issue with the fact that the director went out of his way to twist the books message and still put out the movie under the books name and premis.

I have no problem with little kids going camping togeather but sometimes boys need thier own space just like girls need their own. But what you are talking about already happens the boy scouts and girl scouts have combined activities all the time.
