1	My girlfriend (first LTR) who I live with has totally blocked me out whilst home for Xmas and is saying she's moving out, I'm crushed and dead inside I'm in a 23 year relationship. My wife of 13 years doesn't seem like 1/16th the bitch yours is, though she has her moments. 1	Working out throughout the day for muscle gain. Have anyone tried it? I've been doing pushups, 6 sets of 33, and 3 sets of 34 (300 total) for a few weeks now with a rest day about 1once a week. NOT ideal, I could probably be doing something more efficient if I was in a gym, but I'm definitely seeing results. I vary the pushups some days so it's mostly shoulders a couple days a week, but the bis and tris are gleaming more than they ever have.
