I agree. My husband moved out because he wanted a divorce, 3 years later I filed because, well he couldn't figure out how to do anything unless I told him how to do it.

I know it seems like it goes against the man in divorce. But I am female and it can go both ways. I was married for 20 years, the primary breadwinner, he was a stay at home dad for 9 years. Later he cheated on me and moved out. We got divorced and I had to give him 50% of all my retirement accounts, not counting what I had put in IRAs for him from my income.
