Technically true but misleading, women are more likely to 'attempt' suicide multiple times with each attempt counted while men are more likely to succeed the first time. If 5 women tried to kill themselves twice each and then got help that would be 10 attempts, if 9 men succeeded in their first try then that would be 10 vs 9.
