In the police like any other organization there are professionals and there are POS. 95% of them do an excellent (very hard and not well paid enough) job. The problem is that the 5% who don’t, have the power of causing a lot of harm at an individual level and in the society as a whole. Just my 2 cents buddy, peace out.

Either you’ve never dealt with a US cop or with a Spaniard one. I’ve seen myself in both situations and I’d choose the Spaniard 10/10 times. I’m sure most of the cops in the US do an amazing job and are great at a human level but the ones they have in strategic places such as in the airport are trained to act in a very aggressive and rude way. I’m sure there is a reason for it and I’m talking from my personal experience. Never a cop in Spain has ever had that attitude with me in 30 years living …
