The arrearages should be removed due to the fact it's based on false information. I never had credit and it's ruined that even. It's well below freezing here and there's no shelter in this county. I can't go to Toledo because I don't have gas money to drive from there to work. If I freeze to death I hope someone promulgates it to show how corrupt child support is

The only thing on my side i think right now is it's in black and white what I should be paying and then there's this ridiculous amount they came up with

All I know is I'm so disgusted and enraged by this that I can't take it anymore. They will follow the guidelines. I will be dropping off all the documentation I have tomorrow and attaching it to the administrative review and also will record myself doing so in case they try to lie and say they never got it again.

There's is no "agreeing upon" it in Ohio or in a situation where we weren't married.

I'm not sure this is just incompetence because multiple times the paperwork I've dropped off in person has gone missing according to the supervisor. I'm printing off the guidelines chart and attaching my pay information to it and giving it to the supervisor along with administrative review request. I'm a…

I've realized after learning about child support the case worker has been purposely lying about my income. I hope I can sue or get her fired because this has ruined my life.

In Ohio there taking 1200 a month from me for 2 kids. I looked up the guidelines and that's over 3x what they're supposed to. I called the supervisor of child support and she claimed they never received any administrative review documents back from me. Either she's lying or the case worker purposely never did her job. I'm homeless because of this. This system here is there just to keep parents from getting they're kids and ruin the peoples lives

What's confusing? It's over %30 of the person's income which is ridiculous

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
