Inetrestingly, this appears to be more of an issue the other way. Some studies show that if you have a couple where a man is hotter then his gf, he is more likely to cheat because he thinks he deserves better. If you have a couple where a woman is hotter there is no increase in cheating.

I dont know where you live, but I have never heard any woman hating or having strong anger about this. Sure, I heard some smrks and remarks about it, because let's face it, it would be much better not having to deal with menstruation, but never have I heard any serious emotion negatively directed towards men for this.
