It is that bad, you just don't understand. You won't let me do a deep dive into your life to find the part that makes it so you don't understand. Maybe you have enough casual sex? I don't know, but I can tell you that you don't understand. Maybe try believing men sometime.

You know how women say sex can hurt some times? Like how it is a pain that men can't really understand? This is a lot like that, but for men.

For men, long term celibacy and lack of romantic relationship - say 10 years minimum - is extremely painful. It's hard to describe. The closest thing I can come up with is that it is like being violently raped every day. Yes, it is that painful, and in no way am I trying to diminish how horrible violent rape is. Violent rape is horrible. "Long term celibacy ..." is as, or more, painful to men.

Married women of PPD: your husband is not special. There are many, many men who you could have had the same relationship with. You just didn't give them a chance. You can't handle being mediocre so you convince (lie to) yourself of how amazing and special and one of a kind your relationship with him is. It isn't, you simply talked yourself into being attracted to him. Women can do the same thing for the vast, vast majority of men, and they should do that as a compromise. If women don't get their…

If you are a woman with a husband and you post here, then you are the abusive person in your abusive relationship. If you have any love for your husband you should divorce him so that he can find a healthy relationship with another woman before it is too late. But my husband loves me! There's a difference between "talking yourself into" and actually getting attracted to someone. Not really. Once you've successfully "talking yourself into" you ARE actually getting attracted to someone.

You replying to my comments with nonsense does not make me obligated to refute said nonsense. Now you're saying it's not what you said and it seems you have a problem with the verb "force", What more do you expect when you present me with something I didn't say? You can't make yourself attracted to another person. Maybe not strictly speaking, but there's a lot of truth to the fact that women's sexuality is more fluid then men's, so to that extent, they can talk themselves into being attracted to…

No, judges take thier courtrooms seriously and if they think you’re making a mockery of thier courtroom How do you think that'll happen? Okay, so we agree that attraction isn't something you can force. I wouldn't use the word "force," so yes, I guess. Again, you're trying to talk to a straw man, you aren't really responding to me.

it isn't negotiable for men
/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/24 01:11 AM

How do you see adding a punitive measure for rape accusations making it easier for rape victims to come forth? Greater punishments for false accusations will discourage them, make it more likely for any accusation to be a legitimate one

/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/24 12:49 AM

but I want to develop attraction to a person as they are, not to the idea of them I have to create in order to make myself into them. Your concept of them "person as they are" IS your image of them. There's no way getting around that. They will ruin this image in my head sooner or later, so...what's the point? Not at all guaranteed.

/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/24 12:43 AM

I haven't seen once where you actually give a fuck about the quality of and happiness within that relationship. We're talking about women changing their definition of happy so that they would have high quality happiness in the relationship. It's not too complicated. You've ignored large swathes of my arguments in every comment you've responded to Responding to nonsense is a waste of my time.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/24 12:39 AM
1

None of what you say is relevant. You just don't like the idea of jury nullification if it means your chosen "bad guys" get off. You can't punish jurors for coming to the "wrong" decision.

/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/24 11:59 PM

eh, I'm fine with letting some crimes go unpunished. Jury nullification is completely legitimate. If I'm ever on a jury for a rape trial I'm definitely not going to convict even if it is 100% certain he did it. I'd never rape myself, but given what BRers and women have shown themselves to be here, I'd totally let a man away with rape.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/24 11:57 PM

If you care about real rape victims you should care a lot about punishing false accusers.

Women on here are constantly talking about how they can only be attracted to a man after they get to know him, and then turn around and claim that their attraction can't be negotiated, no exceptions. Bitch, part where you get to know the man is where your attraction is negotiated. It all ultimately comes down to the internal image that you have of him in your mind, which can be modified to where you see the same thing in other men, and then get that same feeling about them that you have whenever…

It's worse for men because if you practice safe sex all you've lost is having a bit of regret over casual sex. If a man makes a mistake he's saddled with kids and interacting for at least the next 18 years with a woman he isn't attracted to, and divorce rape.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/24 11:32 PM

the best you've got is a guess about someone who doesn't exist
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/24 11:25 PM
1

Okay, then men should start making themselves become attracted to other men since they're all so lonely and the problem will solve itself. Just expand your definition, bro! Men's sexuality is much less fluid than that of women, so it doesn't work that way. Ultimately what is coming across is that you think women are incapable of knowing what we want; knowing what we don't want; knowing what we like; knowing what we don't like. Not that rigidly, but to a large extent: yes
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/24 11:02 PM

Okay. Ceteris paribus, does my salary, on a whole, make me advantaged in dating compared to most other Americans (whose median salary is around 60k)? You fail to understand what average means, so I'm giving up with you. You're not right, you just take too much work, and I don't owe you anything.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/24 10:56 PM

Basically for (straight) men, is your only concern when interacting with a woman whether a straight woman is going to sleep with you/be a potential partner or not? no
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/24 10:52 PM

but he sees you thirstily, which you don't find attractive.

they'll say they enjoy it and at the same time acknowledge the high amount of pain it take. ask them about boot camp. enjoyment is despite of, not negating, the huge amount of pain and sacrifice it takes. service is selfless, that's why it's service. You're just lying to me.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/24 10:20 PM

My point still stands about the happiness of people in those relationships, though. No, it doesn't, because we've already addressed that. It's a bit passe and low-IQ for men to accuse women debating them on a debate subreddit of being "unreasonable," "angry," "emotional," "irrational," and so forth. You commenting on tone rather than engaging with the content tells me you know you've lost, thanks!
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/24 10:17 PM

My "definition of attractive" is a man who arouses me when I look at him and hear his voice. You know... just like men? All you've done is move the "black box" to different terminology. You can compromise on what you see and hear as attractive, expand your definition. My definition of "compatible" is what I have determined I need to be happy. There is no compromise here. Maybe your guess was too conservative. If you won't give men a chance how would you know you can't be compatible with them? Wh…

Ah, so, unlike law school, or medical school, etc. you were probably able to learn on the job without the next for extra education at the same time. It isn't hard to imagine 120+ by putting in 40hr/week for 10 years in programing.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/24 09:56 PM

Pick one. No need: you are limited by forces outside of your control. You don't get to just pick anyone, but you can increase your chances by having more people you'd say 'yes' to. And yes, I am aware that if women had no standards then we could be in relationships with anyone. Black/white thinking. You don't seem to be reasonable, try calming down first.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/24 09:50 PM

Okay, then people who make the same or less as me have the same advantage as me, by your definition. No, that's not what I've said. This is the last time I'll say it: your income suggests you have relatively more time to try to date. For a very ugly man who makes the same as you that extra time might not make any difference.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/24 09:46 PM

I'd need more info., including more specific info. on how much you're paid. What was your pre-tax income last year? My guess is that you lucked out with getting one of the few less demanding, "high paying" jobs.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/24 07:37 PM
1

Why is it morally correct for people to be able to choose who they want to date, People don't get to choose, full stop. You have the facts wrong, so I can't do much for you. My brother in Christ, are you actually confused why and how consent is morally correct? Not at all, are you? What if I told you there was a way for you to be able to consent to more people? Generally, having more chances is a good thing.

My requirements for men are that I'm attracted to him and compatible with him. There's no "range." No range? So there is literally only one man you could ever be attracted to and compatible with? Of course not, there's a range of people who meet those criteria. Let's call it "more than one" instead of range. I'm saying women can compromise on their definitions of those things, thus finding more men they could potentially match with. Win, win. However, much like a petulant child, women stubbornly…

Thank you for wasting my time with another non-answer. Your evasiveness and refusal to stand behind your own words is duly noted. I have zero obligation to give you a complete explanation, 500 pages long. You wouldn't read specifics even if I gave them to you. here's your answer: various things related to society, relationships. people disagree about what needs to be compromised on, in addition to the way that it should be compromised. we all know you're just trying to bait me so than you can dismiss any proposal with the just world fallacy, and then argue that anything that might make some women worse off, in a naive way,…

You're the one telling them to trust slutty women. You don't get to have it both ways. because that's just her refusing to take responsibility for her choices
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/24 05:35 AM

take personal responsibility for yourself. your husband deserves a real partner, not a moocher.

it was up for a long time. right or wrong, the rules should be explicit. I'd like to know what exactly was so offense, so dangerous to public safety, that it had to be deleted. the real answer is probably "random mod disagreed."

yeah, so you weren't really focusing on your career. the people who have demanding jobs don't have as much free time, making it that much harder to find a partner.

I don’t care how ugly someone is put them in a dope outfit, and people will instantly be interested in them. What is this magical outfit that will instantly make women want to have sex with me? Anyway, you're wrong because women don't give men a chance to show that they're boring or not.

Why was the "Women's sexual revolution is causing societal collapse" post deleted? We had a good discussion going on.

It’s not society‘s fault if you can’t figure out whether or not your baby mama is a whore. Oh? You're seriously advocating for men to control their girlfriend's every movements, and for that to be socially acceptable? Yikes

I have dated men who made 6 figures doing loonnnggg hours, 12 to 16 hours a day with 1 to 2 days off week who still managed to date and enjoy a social life. Do you understand the difference between "possible vs. impossible" compared to "likely vs. less likely"? Whether you have an average earning career or high earning career, it shouldn't impact your dating and social life to where you can't get somebody some day. It isn't about earnings, some career paths take a lot more investment early on.

Never understood how focusing on your career prevents you from being in a relationship. I never maid such a strong claim. "Prevents"? 100% guaranteed, nothing you can do about it? Hardy. Do you understand how there is only so much time in a day? In my social circle everybody met their long term partner in college or shortly after college and Okay? Yes, and ...? What you're describing is totally possible, and at the same time, lots of men can end up single because they had other, higher prioritie…

do you really struggle to come across even one and I mean just ONE single woman who is a decent human, is reasonably attractive in your eyes and would also be open to date you if you could charm her? Yes, and it mostly turns on a couple of ways you've defined that. who is a decent human: there are plenty is reasonably attractive in your eyes: some variability there and would also be open to date you: there's the problem. Attracted to men? Single? Open to dating at all? Is it an appropriate conte…
