Contraceptive pills. You just go onto taking the next lot instead of having the sugar pills and your period. Sometimes the stress/high level of activity compared to food also means that your periods late

Sadly that’s not an uncommon situation in the sense that there are women who create a toxic environment. I don’t know if it’s insecurity about being a female and wanting to prove a point but to belittle and bully other members because of their gender be it a male or female is just screwed up. As for being sensitive, in my opinion it’s actually a good thing depending on the role. Emotional sensitivity is needed depending on the engagement we’re in.

Look I’m not in a combat role so I’m unsure but I believe that we do have women who deploy as members of infantry. Like women even in support roles are on the ground getting down and dirty pulling their weight. A lot of us in a field environment will chose to skip periods so as to not have to deal with menstruation otherwise you have to bag it and carry it until the rubbish drop.
