Its a movie about the Titanic, when men were unfortunately treated as disposable. This is true but to be honest they have more than enough systemic support, too much as mens rights have no chance of standing for itself. 1st wave feminism certainly had flaws and vile motivation but we can not forget that 2nd wave in fact introduced most misandrist ideas we live in today and saw many misandrist feminist rise up. Part of the problem may be pro-men groups may lean towards conservativism and otherwise non-gay friendly beliefs with varying degrees of violent ideals so it may be harder for gay men to safely find male solidarity among all men opposed to strictly other gay men than it is for lesbians where pro-women groups are considerably more apathetic to supportive of them.
