I once had this girl in my Department (at work) give A LOT of these indicators of interest. She is actually such a bubbly personality that I'm sure everybody noticed. I'd say that before you try for another date, have some fun conversation with her over text as well. That way, it's not like you're just contacting her to set up a date. I agree with your whole idea of proposing a specific plan and see if she says yes or no. Also, I'd be pretty casual about it.

Thanks for sharing this! Personally, I do think there are some exceptions to this rule....some girls smile at everybody because they are friendly....some girls are too shy and look away even if they do like you. ​ But, despite the exceptions, I think this is a good idea to keep in mind....because a lot of times, it is true. I just wanted to clarify it isn't a 100% all-the-time true thing.

Agreed! The humanity point of it is awesome. ​ Though, at the same time, I think there is a difference between friendly communication and sexual/romantic communication. I know I've personally made the mistake of just having friendly communication. Then, the girl just wants to be a friend. So, I think the real challenge is mixing the friendly communication and adding bits of sexual/romantic advances.
