It looks like in your example some women were employed by other women just because of their sex. Maybe that's the camaraderie you're missing. Male camaraderie exists also, but unless you are a friend of mine, you won't get free shit from me just because you are male.

It sounds terrifying to me. Mind you, I am living alone for the last 9 years and I'm struggling with depression. But, even ignoring the mental toll, living alone you are one accident away from your life becoming hell. Let's say something happens and you're no longer capable of reaching your own back, so you can't soap it when showering. I'm not wishing this on anybody, obviously, but we don't get to pick our accidents, but we do somewhat pick our way of living. Would you rather go through this e…

Maybe it's because consenting only makes sense when you are asked for sex and in my experience women do the asking about 0% of the time. So, if you're like me, you can simply avoid the sex by not chasing it.

True. I mean, I remember when my brother was 7 and showed me that he had an erection (he didn’t know what it was lol) so what does this mean? It means it was morning and your brother just woke up.

Companies don't need extra reasons to buy self driving trucks. The potential economy that this technology brings is more than enough to keep the demand high. The reason no one buys it yet is because is not ready. And just because companies are working on it there's no guarantee that they'll ever get a working product. I'm pretty sure you're underestimating the difficulty of developing self driving automobiles.
/r/MensRights02/10/21 09:19 PM

You claimed initially that self driving trucks are already on the road. Now you say they're 5 years away. If you believe every future related news, by now we would've had commercial fusion nuclear reactors and bases on the moon. Talk is cheap, delivering a working product on the other hand... Shall I remaind you that the current truck driver shortages happen now, they aren't expected 5 years from now.

You don't lose your sense of smell just because you quit using deodorant. More so, just because you don't smell of freshly applied deodorant doesn't mean you stink. Body odor is just neutral. It takes some lack of hygiene and/or heavy workout to start stinking. And in those cases, just applying deodorant won't help you.

You're probably right. I also used to look for a different brand and settled for Old Spice until I started having the same issues. A shower and shaved armpits works great to prevent nasty smells. As for adding nice smells there's always cologne, perfumed soaps and beard oil.

Yes, you understood it correctly. A broken pride is easier to heal than a broken rib, or a concussion, or a stab wound... In fact the broken pride is not a real wound compared to the others, it only emerges as a result from one's thinking. Its magnitude is not the same in my mind as compared to yours or his. If feminism wanted equality of rights for women and men they should ask to roll back some of the rights the women got in the last 50 years. Feminism is a sexist doctrine that asks for special rights for people based on gender.

Except that cultural marxism is not a real thing. As far as I’m aware Marx didn’t write about the power dynamics between sexes, races or sexual orientations. He wrote an excellent economic critique of capitalism that applies to men, women, whites, blacks, gays, straights and everything in between. As a result his works were translated and read throughout the world and are still relevant today, almost 200 years later. You’re just using the term marxism as a general bad word, continuing the tradit…

My native tongue is Romanian, but I live in Québec for the last 8 years and to my great shame I didn't understood all he was saying in that joke. I got the gist of it without translation, but I still missed some good parts of it (especially those spoken faster), like the part where he said he tried to drown him. Perhaps that’s it. It’s not like I would trust you with my life on the first moment I see you, but I need to give something that I can afford to lose to see if you’ll take the easy way out and take advantage of me, or if you’ll reciprocate and strengthen the trust so we can up the stakes on our next interaction.

I’m the other way around. I start by trusting you until you give me reason to stop trusting you. I’m not sure how you can build anything when you start from 0 trust and expect to get up from there. I've got some bad news for you. There is no there there. As we grow old, our experiences continually inform our thoughts, which in turn shape our actions. If being there is the threshold for consent, you might as well make sex illegal, because it will never happen.

Just because I say 15 y.o. can consent to sex, that doesn't mean the best place to pick up girls is the kindergarten. Those two are very different.
/r/PussyPassDenied26/11/20 03:58 PM

The laws change all the time. That's why we keep voting people in and not pretend we have it all figured it out. There used to be laws across US that regulated all the aspects of black people's life: where they could work, where they could live, where they could eat and so on. Up until recently, there used to be a crime to engage in homosexual activity.
/r/PussyPassDenied26/11/20 03:35 PM

That's great, because I'm close to your age and can confirm that 18 y.o. me is not the same as the current me. Just like 18 y.o. me is not the same as 8 y.o. me. So just by grouping those together you're being unreasonable. Looking forward, I'm pretty sure 50 y.o. me would be more mature than current me. Would you support a law that prevents a 50 y.o. woman to have sex with me because of difference in age? Also, some of us got a sexual education and know about the risks and ramifications of sex …

You're just playing with words, which only help to dilute the heinous act of **rape**. If that's the law, then obviously the law needs to be fixed, since it's unreasonable.

Those two aren't necessarily interchangeable. Did she had sex with the 15 y.o. against his will? Then yes, it's a rape. If not, they just had sex. The thought that 15 y.o. can't consent to sex is preposterous. Source: I used to be a 15 y.o.

I tend to agree with what you said, although I won't take the getting all of you under their boot view of the world. Yet, when it comes to giving out facts, we give the most we can without placing ourselves outside of the group. I didn't know about the experiment, but it does make sense. I think I misunderstood your initial claim. If you read my comment and concluded that I said that is ok to sucker punch people, then you’re clearly lacking in the reading department.

Sure, but there's a huge difference between 'I won't be in a interracial relationship' type of racist and 'I won't allow people to freely engage in a interracial relationship' type of racist. Same things go for homosexuality. Someone who won't have sex with a person of their own sex is just close-minded, not homophobe. Actively working against others freedom to engage in same-sex is being homophobe.

I know you're probably joking, but my experience was on the contrary. I've been on McDonald's diet for about 2 years, during which I slowly lost weight to a point where I had to buy scales and measuring tape to monitor it. I'm not saying that McDonalds diet will make you lose weight, but not I'm pretty sure what you eat has a much less impact that how much you eat. Voracious people will get fat on the healthiest of foods.

How is having preferences in your partner’s ethnicity make you a racist?

Clearly he didn’t thought he won the fight, hence he continued to hit her. This is no sport, there are no referees to stop the fight once a ‘winner’ is settled. He’s clearly in the wrong for anyone not involved directly in the fight, but I don’t expect him to see it the same way. That’s why you don’t attack people and once you do it you don’t turn your back on them. You might attack somebody who feels has nothing more to lose and won’t stop hitting you even after you lost consciousness.

So I can attack you then just turn my back and walk away and you won’t do anything about it? Something tells me this only works when thinking clearly in the comfort of your armchair. That’s why you don’t just go attacking people, because one might crack your skull open for a punch. I’m not saying he has the right to do it, just that you shouldn’t expect a resonable response from someone who is attacked.

This isn't some weird ass mentality, it's pretty much the biological reality. It's not like men aren't capable of crying, it's just that it doesn't worth it to cry in public. Men and women will ashame you, attack you ar just move in the other direction when they see you cry. If you're a man who starts crying in public expecting someone to stop to ask how is it going, be ready for a shocker.

Sort of... I don’t speak german so take this with a huge grain of salt, but the guy insulted the cop then said sorry and insulted him again using formal appellation Sie instead of Du. It looks like it said sorry for using Du and not Sie.

Google is your friend. Not really. I can't google 'why is this guy laughing?' The government is already compiling a dna database. Can you name the government that does that? Mind you, we are talking about collecting DNA from paternal tests, not from convicted felons. saying it serves no purpose I'm not saying that. I'm saying they don't need to store the DNA sequence to determine de test result. If they do it, they need to get to public acceptance. Building a nation wide DNA database is not some…

Where dis you get those values from? According to this wikipedia page: USA is #1 with 120.5 firearms / 100 persons. China is #139 with 3.6/100 Belarus us #115 with 6.1/100. USA has more guns than people. It even has more guns than China in spite of population difference.

You do realize that the clip is about monkeys: patas monkey, bonnet macaque, black-capped capuchin. They might be exotic, but that doesn't make them just as dangerous as big cats, bears, great apes or stags.

I really hope this is a troll.

I doubt feminism is gaining traction, I'll rather bet it's past its peak. I do agree with you that it's propaganda it's everywhere as they monopolized education and media. Yet countries that declared themselves socialist have sent its dissidents to death camps. People in those countries listened to western radios taking great precautions so they don't get snitched to the secret police by their neighbours. I hope you see why I tell you that comparing Canada to these countries is waaaaaay of a str…

I hope you have some knowledge of canadian death camps where right wing leaning intelectuals are being sent, to back up that socialist claim. If not, you’re just like the women who claim being raped by some guy’s gaze: ridiculous.

I fail to see the need for gendered shelters. It’s a waste of money to build men shelters next to existing female ones. Just open the current shelters to victims of domestic violence regardless of sex.

We’re all wired to survive. I’m curious to see these people who aren’t wired to avoid head injury on impact. They won’t make it too far, not even with the cushioned life of the 21st century.

Usually for women the challenge is to keep sex away, not to obtain it. That’s how you get to 60 in a semester.
