Tried to setup payment plan and thats a no go. They want it into 2 -3 payments. 6k / 3 payments means 2k per payment which as a student is near impossible. I feel like I was bamboozled into the lease in a predatory fashion. I have no prior experience with anything like this for the rest of my college experience i am staying on campus much cheaper.

No I moved back on campus, I have court now. Which isn't in their best interest since the other rental company in the town is ready to destroy them and is starting to offer student friendly leases so once it gets out that they shit on students during a pandemic they are fucked.
