6	Adria Richards fired from SendGrid. Honestly, if she was that offended all she had to do was turn around to the two guys and say "hey, would you mind not cracking sexist jokes? I'm offended and would like to enjoy the conference". That's it. She'd still have her job, the guys would have their jobs, and this whole debacle never would have taken place.
