Make sure you at least participate in hobbies that make you a better "giver". You'll be more useful to family/friends if you are in good shape. 1	Does being aggressive or fighting increase social status? Yes and no. I don't think that even Demetrius Johnson feels as "alpha" next to a 6'7" 280lb guy.
