If you have hobbies that are consumptive (watching TV, playing video games, etc) just don't abuse them. Make sure you at least participate in hobbies that make you a better "giver". You'll be more useful to family/friends if you are in good shape. Yes and no. I don't think that even Demetrius Johnson feels as "alpha" next to a 6'7" 280lb guy. Even if the taller guy doesn't know how to fight, there is an instinct to defer to him and in a random fight where they are wearing casual clothes and in an occupied/furnished room I'm going to go ahead and say that Mighty Mouse doesn't have nearly as much of an advantage, if any.
